First called to see if they had Dubai sundae in stock and they didn’t answer. Placed order on app, drove across town and they told us they ran out of the ingredients last week and they couldn’t make it. Asked why it let me order the employees said they are not affiliated with their own app and could not help me cancel or refund, told me to do it all but that’s not possible. Terrible customer service if you don’t have the item simply take it off the menu.

The guy working today was very rude and disrespectful and would not scoop me a quart of ice cream and told me I had to buy it prepackaged. He refused to assist me. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and telling everyone I know to never spend their money at this location. This is absurd in today's culture of no one cares about the customer

You must wonder where the manager must be, at this location in particular. Staff were uninviting, a lot of product out of stock and cleanliness was missing almost entirely. Clearly no training for staff, or a serious lack of understanding on how to scoop properly. The amount of ice crystals formed around the hole in the middle of the ice cream tub showcased this gross negligence of training. I feel bad for the staff however because a little direction would bring a vast amount of confidence and allow them to flourish, rather than struggle. Even with the attempt to sweep the store made me laugh because the attempt made me actually wonder what they were sweeping in an attempt to look busy instead of actually clean. The wearing of ear buds also shows the lack of understanding that anything food service is customer service. How can you serve if you can't hear.. still wondering just where leadership went, or is it easier to just allow warm bodies collect a paycheck rather than keep solid employees with raises instead of salary caps, thus weeding out problematic employees. Thats my soap box, just wish there was a leader present to assist the customers and their employees.

ts place so buns bruhhh they took so long with my order that I was able to change it since they messed it up. Trashy, taking spoons out of boxes with product all over the counters, and frost around some of the icecream (showing they don't know how to scoop at all)

Very very slow....they took my order then helped 2 groups they served before me, then took four more groups orders and then made a warm order of food for another group all while I waited by the ice cream window. I would have left but she had already taken my order and money so I had no choice!

Great experience always! The store has fresh waffle cones, and great ice cream selection. I decided to get a milkshake which was mixed with the flavors and was thick and tasted just right. It seems as if there has been a change in the management, maybe new ownership anyways it's noticeable.

Dirtiest, nastiest ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. The ice cream tasted like refrigerator, and two of the flavors were partially melted. The coolers don’t seem to be at a cold enough setting. And I’m not saying a food inspector should come to this location but if they did, the place would be shut down.

Worst service in years. I love the cappuccino blast I have been to this location many times until today. I ordered 2 cappuccino blast and the worker served me 2 but Milkshakes, which tasted more like milk than anything. Terrible service, the workers have a terrible attitude.

Ridiculous. Came in at 6pm, after standing for 30 seconds of the employees just staring at me they finally asked what they could get for me. I requested a Chocolate milkshake for my pregnant-craving wife... I was told "We don't have any out right now."
Out where??? Like is it in the back? Either way, I was turned away. Never returning.
Awful Baskin Robbins. Ordered 2 large chocolate milk shakes. Tasted like regular milk right out of the bottle. Blech!!

The coffee was excellent and our server was gracious, which I appreciate. He was young and perhaps this was a part time job, yet he showed us kindness and respect as he waited on us. His conscientious attitude was something I rarely see in today's culture. Thank you.
