I got the Chicken Piccata dinner. Less sauce than other places but good and the artichokes really added to the dish. Mash potatoes and gravy were also good and received two bowls wondering if it was to make up for the other poor sides. What drove me to write this review were the other veggies. Although the cucumbers and diced tomatoes looked fairly fresh in the salad, the lettuce was was iceberg with brown edges- not one leaf looked edible in the container. Looked like it was...
Had a great time here. Food was really good and even got to try some tasty calamari courtesy of the cook! We really enjoyed the food we ordered and the drinks. Everyone was very friendly. Next time we're in the area we'll be back!
Great place friendly staff. Real down to earth people. Tavern style fun. Not for everyone. If your health is compromised I would suggest going somewhere else. If you're healthy or have been vaccinated it's a great place to unwind.
