Without a doubt, the best. Huge menu, lots of vegan, vegetarian, something for everyone. The thin Vietnamese pancakes are amazing. A+ service. Edited to add a picture of Vegetarian Pho. Yum!!
Ben Thanh is a hidden gem in Matthews! The pho is incredible rich, flavorful broth, tender beef, and fresh herbs that make every bowl perfect. Portions are generous, prices fair, and the staff is welcoming. The spring rolls and Vietnamese coffee are also worth trying.

This is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Charlotte area - period. We come often, and drive all the way from south Charlotte to come here because it’s worth it. The food is always good, and consistent. I love their spring rolls (#1) the most of any Vietnamese restaurant in the area. It’s just a notch up. The pho is great - I really like #24, which is a good combination. The bun combos are all good, and they use good fish sauce. There’s also a good stir fry on the menu...
