I waited over an hour and 20 minutes for 6 wings & fries. When I went to ask about when the food would be ready the manager acted like he did not care. The customer service was very terrible. I then asked to cancel my order after a hour & 20 minutes of waiting & they still had no care in the world. No apology for the inconvenience. Nothing. It’s unfortunate that they cannot handle dinner rushes.

I've been coming here since 2015 and had the worst experience recently. Ordered wing to go and a sub and a single piece of pizza. Sub came out after 35 minutes, my wife's pizza came out another 20 minutes later, and the wings took another 30 minutes. Not worth $40.

Walked in at 8:45 PM. Lights were on, doors were open and customers eating. Looked like a comfortable place to come in to eat at. Looking at menu at counter when all of a sudden a disturbed man wearing a hat and red shirt comes from back yelling “We closed at 8! Not a hello or a sorry we’re not open just a rude tone and I actually embarrassed I walked in there. I felt like the man was not professional at all and felt like he was yelling at me. This man could have been more pleasant. I live in Weddington and I’ll make sure to mention how rude this manager/owner was to me. I’ll never be back.
