Amazing charcuterie board. You get to choose your own. Great wine!
The owners are great. The wine is always incredible.
we want to love this place, and have given it many chances. the charcuterie board took 30 mins to come out, when no one checked on us one time or offered another beverage. this pace could be amazing if effort was put in. better options are offered around them, and nearby.
I didn't eat or drink here. But for a small group meeting of like minded people it was great.
Cute little place to enjoy a glass of beer or a bottle of wine with a friend or loved one!

Cellar and Ale has been an incredible addition to downtown Matthews. The vibe is 💯 better than with previous owners. So glad to have them in our community. The menu is small but mighty, the chickpea salad side is so delicious. Everything is super fresh and great quality. The chicken sandwich is superb. Great selection of wine and beer. ❤️ This place.

Thank you to the owners for being so kind & helpful last night. We had a big group & a lot going on. They were so incredibly accommodating & made the night perfect. (Although we have been a few times & they are amazing every time.) The wine selection is spot on. I highly recommend the charcuterie & the figgy figgy, but everything looked just as delicious! You can select a bottle of wine or beers, peruse the books & just relax for the evening. A Matthews Must!

Just a year old and they are crushing it with a great selection of food, wine and beer. The bartenders are welcoming and the atmosphere is chill and welcoming!
I get here and there is a notice in the door that of the hours posted other than Google. Just wasted 20
