Cellar and Ale has been an incredible addition to downtown Matthews. The vibe is 💯 better than with previous owners. So glad to have them in our community. The menu is small but mighty, the chickpea salad side is so delicious. Everything is super fresh and great quality. The chicken sandwich is superb. Great selection of wine and beer. ❤️ This place.
Thank you to the owners for being so kind & helpful last night. We had a big group & a lot going on. They were so incredibly accommodating & made the night perfect. (Although we have been a few times & they are amazing every time.) The wine selection is spot on. I highly recommend the charcuterie & the figgy figgy, but everything looked just as delicious! You can select a bottle of wine or beers, peruse the books & just relax for the evening. A Matthews...
