This place is awful. Ordered Family Box. Got home....no sides. They owe me a large slaw and mac n cheese. I go back one week later exactly to claim my food. MAnager says where's my receipt. Sorry I did not bring my receipt. I point out the dude who took my order, still no. For the $5 in food it would have cost to make me happy...is it really worth it to make me never want to ever go to this BJ ever again or any other?? Churches chicken is fine in my book. BoJangles gets an F in customer service. Check your order before you drive 25 minutes home.

OMG! We both got all night diarrhea! We have driven past this Bojangles's for years. We were starving & craved chicken. The place was almost empty. I ordered 2 - 2 piece dark meat, 1 potatoes & gravy & rice & 1 fries & rice & the fries were cold, hard & rubbery & I asked for fresh hot fries. The server grabbed some of the fries in the bin with his fingers, checked them & threw them all out! The rice & potatoes were not hot & tasted sour. We ate all of the potatoes, rice, chicken, biscuits & desert biscuit. The chicken & the biscuits were the only good thing! Will never eat there again!

I went to this Bojangles late at night, and I have to give props to the workers behind the counter, I wish I had gotten their names, although calmly dealing with a difficult customer already having their hands tied, they were awesome, kept the mood lightened and definitely kept us laughing! Needless to say, the food was better than expected!
Service is very slow. Gave us the wrong item as well.
Chicken was horrible, so dark like it had been fried three or four times already or had been sitting there. Bojangles like this need to close down.

GO TO ANY OTHER BOJANGLES IN TOWN!
This has to be the worst & slowest Bojangles that I have ever been at in North Carolina. I waited 45mins for a 3 piece supreme combo, and two side cajun filets.
They have no sort of leadership or organization to what they are doing in the back. They have people in positions that they are not ready for, nor need to be in. They all seemed to have a terrible attitude towards people just wanting to order chicken. Fortunately they were “apologetic” about the wait… (but I got no free cookie… just one extra tender)
The only bright spot about this place was Phillip, the guy who was trying his best to get everyone’s order in. No one seemed to want to help him be better at his job, even though he was the only employee showing a glimmer of hope of improving.
I will NEVER go back to this location, even if it was the last one open in all of North Carolina. They need to get a new manager who will actually help each shift become more organized and faster at getting orders out.
