Definitely avoid this location and understand we did not eat here, we packed and walked in the place was empty and stunk so bad. I then saw their rating was a 85 I repeat 85 so that’s when we turned around and walked out. As we were heading for the car an Asian female followed us out asking what was wrong.

I am so pleased with the new team. Ms. Bonita and her team are awesome. They are kind, professional and take pride in taking care of others. The restaurant is also clean compared to the best. I will be back soon and keep up the great service.

I Absolutely love Boston Market ❤️!! The customer service was awesome. The food was delicious ?. We didn't know that the Turkey is now seasonal. So we were a little early for that. Also as a Travel Business Owner I love trying places so that I can recommend them to my clients!!

We got here late because of traffic but they still had a good selection of hot fresh food. Nuk made our visit extra special she was so so nice to me and my children, I appreciate her going the extra mile for us even though we came in late. The location itself may be a little run down but the good food and kind employees make it worth it.

Haven’t had Boston Market in over 15 years. I enjoyed it while in college. Decided to give it a try…. The building looked run down and the inside poorly cared for. The food behind the window looked like it had been sitting there all day. I was still being optimistic and picked the meatloaf with spinach and yams (since they looked edible, unlike everything else that looked like it’s been sitting out all day). 2 bites in and I couldn’t do it!!!! Felt like I would get sick from eating this food. I didn’t check the sanitation score, but wish I would have prior to ordering. My boyfriend ordered the chicken pot pie and 1/2 rotisserie chicken w/ the same sides as I did ( only decent looking ones)… one bite into the chicken pot pie and he was DONE… we tried!!!! Can’t do it!!!! Boston Market is not what I remember it to be!!!! =(

I once had this location rated 5 stars. The dining room is falling apart. Most tables have been removed. Broken tile is in multiple places. This was once a great place to get some tasty chicken, turkey, and some nice veggies. At one point they had a delicious prime rib. What happened??? On this visit, the kitchen was out of so many items, I felt like leaving but was starved. So many restaurants were affected by covid and staffing issues, but this one has been hit harder than others. So sad. I loved eating here

We went to get lunch and arrived at 10:55. We waited for 20 minutes outside since the door was locked. I am there with my 88 years young mother who is dependent upon a walker. We were definitely seen but never addressed. Another couple arrived, waited then drove off. I then preceded to knock on the window. One lady ignored me and the other motioned they were closed. I asked her to come to the door so I could ask when they were opening or hopefully find out the problem. She was beginning to open the inside door when the other lady told her not to. I was totally undone to think you treat customers this way. Someone could have spoken with us 20 minutes prior or put a note up explaining the situation. Pitiful customer service is all I can say. This is not my norm to complain because I would give people a chance. My mother is my reason for complaining. What has happened to respecting and showing compassion to the elderly.

I would NOT be surprised if they cease operations at this location. The staff was very nice, but the owners are treating this store like a reject. No napkins, no CO2 for the soda machine, no chickens in the rotisserie... it was a sad sight from their glory days. I do hope they get it together.

It's a sad state of affairs at this Boston Market location. The building itself looks as if it needs to be gutted and re-done altogether (see photos for reference) The first photo shows the disgusting mold along the wall of the solitary booth found in the dining room. Standing water at the drink fountain made it a challenge to get a beverage. The entire time we had to wonder what the sanitation rating was but we're terrified to find out. The only reason this place gets two stars is because the sweet potato casserole was delicious.

The food and management are absolutely horrible. We received our order via uber eats. The chicken was dry and tasteless, potatoes under cooked and so hard you could break a window with them, the meat loaf was probably 2 days old, overly salty, dry and tasteless, missing my corn side, missing half the chicken and to top it off when I called to discuss the issue with a manager, I was berated and told I was rude, when all I did was tell him our food was awful. This is probably another reason for all the other negative reviews on here that are similar. I'm shocked that my wife and I didn't get food poisoning from the food we did actually eat. I would hope that the upper management reads this and does something about the issues in this restaurant. Boston market was good in the past but it's clear they really don't care about quality food and service anymore.

Something is going on wrong with this location! Whether it’s a staffing issue, poor management or supply chain scarcity (as was the excuse they gave me), overall quality is just not the Boston Market norm. The rotisserie ovens are not even in use. They have nothing but chicken (pulled from some hot box, so who knows if they really make it on site or buy it from the super market), the mashed potatoes and gravy not only looked like the middle school lunch room but they tasted like it, no cornbread, and the mac and cheese was mediocre. I guess when my mashed potatoes are being served out with an ice cream scoop, in that perfect dome you’d expect from the lunch lady lol it doesn’t hit me that this is the level of expectation Boston Market corporate would appreciate. I know this location was closed down for a bit, not sure why, but whatever reopening that was had is definitely a huge downfall from where this location used to be.

They must be desperate for staff cause it sure shows. Straight clowns here.Went to this location after placing a takeout order at 5:30-5:45 and was given an ETA of 6:30 for pickup. Arrive at 6:30 for curbside, call twice. Nobody answers the phone both times so I go inside and ask about the order. They claim the meatloaf was gonna take another 30 minutes. I ask why? The cook or whoever he is immediately gets defensive and an attitude. Trying to intimidate me. "Oh, you know we have other customers that come before you right?" I laughed, the parking lot was completely empty. I was the only one in there.Dude starts to threaten me "I can clock out right now and handle business" Yeah, okay buddy. All I did was ask for a refund, and he starts trying to threaten me. The cashier of course just standing there defending him. I thought this was hilarious.I'll never visit another Boston Market again. This is a clown show being run by the staff. I lost brain cells going in there that I'll never get back. It's not even worth reporting to Management, they are so desperate for help this clown will probably get a reward.

I was there Sunday afternoon. There was only one server that was doing his best to keep up with orders and be courteous to guests. I was there 10 minutes before finding out that they were low on one entree and had none of the one I really wanted. Also, while there, nothing was bought out to the food bar from the kitchen. So, I left, likely not to return. Service at this location has declined significantly over the past few years.

The most horrible customer service I have ever experienced today. They had ran out of chicken earlier, so upon walking in I asked if they now had chicken. Both employees looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language without giving any response. My family and I stood there for 10-15 minutes without any acknowledgement or explanation although the parking lot was completely empty! This is the first time I have ever seen a Boston Market with such poor management and customer service. Very disappointed! Will not be open long if something drastic doesn’t change.
