We love this place! The best slices in the area, great pricepoint, fun atmosphere, and we love their slice of the days, too. Fantastic lasagna pizza!

Last week we ordered a Brooklyn Bridge Pizza with extra cheese and it was really good.
Fast forward to today. My husband said, I could eat the same pizza we had last week from Brooklyn pizza, so I ordered one online & went there to pick it up.
The crust was so over baked, that it was hard to even eat or enjoy. It was such a disappointment considering we've ordered there many times before not having this issue.
I called the restaurant to let them know & a young girl answered the phone and I told her the issue. She said to bring it back there, so she could show the cook, so he could see the pizza. I told her I couldn't tonight, because I had company at my house, but could drop by tomorrow to show the manager.
That clearly didn't work for her or me. When a customer spends $31.10 on a pizza it shouldn't be burnt and hard to eat.

Horrible service. We ordered food to go and received the wrong items. We spend.over 100.00. I called to receive a refund bc we live 35 minutes away. They wouldn't give me one because they said I ordered the food wrong. I explained to her that we go there often and get.the same thing everytime and never had a problem. I can understand if I have never been there. She replied with well you were lucky. Ordering the same sandwich over 25 times is not luck. When she told me that the owner said no to my refund I asked.to speak to him. She softly giggled and said he won't talk to you. To spend over $100.00 and I had to throw half of the food away and then go out and grab my kids dinner. I will never go back and it's a shame. Shame on the owner for not speaking to me and making this right.

My favorite dine-in pizza place around. The eggplant parmesan is top notch. My daughter is a fan of the kid cut pizza.

Best Pizza in the Charlotte area!! The Buffalo and Hawaiian slices are always on point and they have good beer on tap or in cans. The garlic knots are yummy too!

Brooklyn Pizza makes better pizza than all but one of the pizza places in my hometown of Kingston, NY - and it ties the best place in Kingston.

One of my overall favorite restaurants in the Charlotte area.

We had a pizza from here yesterday and it was a soggy and under cooked as it could be. Good flavor and ingredients but just undercooked or oven not hot enough to crisp the crust and underside up a little.

Great vibes and Italian. Open space and comfortable

We eat there 3-4 time a month. We love it. Good service, good food. Good specials. Good value.

Ordered a slice and they added raw pineapple on the pizza after it was cooked lol
