Great pizza, and they have my favorite arracini ( rice balls stuffed with ground beef). Stromboli is excellent too. Service is always friendly and desserts look delicious, but I've never tried them-always too full!

I love Brooklyn Pizza, however I can not say the same for the Calzone I decided to try tonight. I am very disappointed its not made fresh, but I got it with peppers, sausage and spinach. Aside from the sausage that looks like pepperoni, the cheese was hardly melted and the ricotta was cold because they cut open one from the display and stuffed it with my toppings and put it in the oven. The fact that my side of sauce was hotter says it all. In fairness, I did not ask to send it back, but as many times as I have sat and ate here, they never ask how the food is, I guess its expected that its good. I was looking forward to trying something new, but they fell short today. Maybe another day will be better.

Just a quick update, the waitress took away my plate and I casually mentioned that my food was terrible, her replay was that she was sorry about that. I thought maybe she would mention it to someone, but I guess not. Very disappointed tonight and I changed my overall service and atmosphere stars to reflect it. Again, maybe next time will be better.

Met a gf for lunch here, visiting family in town. And it was really great. I got a salad with grilled salmon. She got gluten free pasta. Both were delicious!! Service was great! Manager came by to check on us. It's an easy and light atmosphere. You don't have to get pizza. They have all kinds of stuff. Not a huge beer selection, but that's fine. They probably rotate their taps. Would absolutely recommend.

I am writing to complain about the Hawaiian pizza I ordered, which was completely burned and tasteless—the worst I have ever had.

Despite clearly pointing this out at the restaurant and having others witness the condition of the pizza, the manager refused to replace it or offer any solution. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable.

I expect better professionalism and accountability.

We recently came in for an early dinner. We ordered a sausage pizza and the garlic knots. The service was very friendly and helpful but we thought the food was just ok. Their sausage was in thin slices similar to what pepperoni looks like instead of in clumps. The pizza crust was great on the ends but in the middle is wasn't done enough. The sauce wasn't anything special. The garlic knots were doughy and were just ok. Overall the food was lacking flavor. We had to add pepper flakes & parmesan cheese. I ended up only eating one slice.

Bad service, walked in on a Sunday slow night there was only a couple tables of people eating, I ordered for takeout and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes, i proceeded to sit down and wait for my order I waited 45 minutes for my order and the only reason I got my food was because I GOT UP and asked about my order if not I would have waited even longer and keep in mind they saw me sitting there with no food just waiting, they also were fully staffed 4 pizza cooks and 3-4 females in the front

My husband and I I were in this restaurant today. We placed our order and the owner came out to our table to ensure they prepared my sandwich properly. Talk about great service! Our meals were excellent. I couldn’t help but notice how many young families frequent this establishment. From the girls that took our order to time they cleared our dishes, the atmosphere was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Ordered two pizzas to go, one pepperoni and one sausage Sicilian; they were made promptly and available for pickup in about 20 minutes. Very disappointed in the pizzas themselves though.

The Sicilian style crust was about 1.5 inches thick, way too much bread, while the sauce, sausage and cheese were sparse.

The regular pepperoni was just ok. Crust and sauce were bland. Not much cheese or pepperoni either.
