Brooklyn Pizza Parlor

Bad service, walked in on a Sunday slow night there was only a couple tables of people eating, I ordered for takeout and was told my order would be ready in 15 minutes, i proceeded to sit down and wait for my order I waited 45 minutes for my order and the only reason I got my food was because I GOT UP and asked about my order if not I would have waited even longer and keep in mind they saw me sitting there with no food just waiting, they also were fully staffed 4 pizza cooks and 3-4 females in the front

My husband and I I were in this restaurant today. We placed our order and the owner came out to our table to ensure they prepared my sandwich properly. Talk about great service! Our meals were excellent. I couldn’t help but notice how many young families frequent this establishment. From the girls that took our order to time they cleared our dishes, the atmosphere was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Ordered two pizzas to go, one pepperoni and one sausage Sicilian; they were made promptly and available for pickup in about 20 minutes. Very disappointed in the pizzas themselves though.

The Sicilian style crust was about 1.5 inches thick, way too much bread, while the sauce, sausage and cheese were sparse.

The regular pepperoni was just ok. Crust and sauce were bland. Not much cheese or pepperoni either.

Thank you guys for the great pizza! Its been a hot minute since I've had good pizza and what I received was fantastic. The Broccoli Rabe slice was killer. Great and friendly service!!

Great spot out of the few choices available in Western Union county. Great pizza hot and fresh every time right to your table. Mimosas on the menu were a nice touch. Service is excellent love seeing the owner and manager table touching.

order an alfredo dish online and they completely left out the sauce. just noodles, veggies, and oil...i had to make my own sauce. i was better off not ordering from here at all. they were absolutely packed tonight. women at the registers were sweet, but the cooks were slacking

Simple order of a slice of cheese pizza & Hawaiian for lunch, both were tasty. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. There were several people around us that had a large portion of some type of pasta that looked delicious that made me wished I had ordered it instead lol. We would go back again.

Ordered carry out the decided to sit down and eat because we had to run to Target after dinner. They charged us a $4 “eat in” fee! Yes, $4 fee for changing from carry out to dine in. I didn’t expect such poor service from Brooklyn.

Got the 2 slice special. Really like the ambiance of this restaurant, with the patio and all, but the pizza is underwhelming to me. It is pretty bland and didn’t have that much flavor. Definitely worth it to drive the few extra miles over to Johnny Tomatoes if you want a NY slice.
