I’m officially done coming here. Been coming here for well over 10 years but as of later it’s just not right anymore. I kid you not if I ask for a specific direction of what I want for a bagel it it’s always wrong. 9 out of the last 10 orders I have had to be remade , sometimes even twice. It’s super disappointing because I used to come here as a kid and I introduced this place to my wife and she loved it at first but when the consistency now is just a wrongly made order it’s just sad.

Tyler and his crew are tried and true! Tyler has such a welcoming personality that makes you sort of feel like family. I’ve witnessed this indirectly (with other patriots) as well as directly. This is a reason I visit the Matthews store at least 1-2 times a week.

The woman on staff at 12pm on 12/23/24 needs to be let go. I placed my order at the counter with one of the gentlemen. Rather than make my order the lady walked into the seating area and started chatting with customers. The other gentleman eventually asked what i was waiting on and made my order for me. With all of the bagel options nearby, this kind if service won’t cut it. Pretty sure she was being racist.

John who works at Matthews location is very rude and dismissive and should not work here. Thanks for making my experience at my favorite breakfast place the worst I’ve ever had.

The manager at this location has the worst attitude and customer service I have ever seen. He was rude to a lady and told her he would not sell her 4 dozen bagels. And he made a wise remark to her and told her to leave. He said it was because he has a doordash that he needs to protect. It was just the way he embarrassed her and said he was closing in an hour and a half. He kept telling her to leave and followed her out, saying goodbye. This wasn't the first time that he had been rude. I have seen him on many occasions.

The manger was very rude and sitting down the big tall guy has always been rude and didn’t get up to help me for 15 min!!! Will never be back!!!!

The fellas working the day we dropped by for lunch bagels were great! Kind of a comedy show but very friendly and efficient! Not to mention how clean everything was! Thanks for the bakers dozen y'all! We will definitely be back!

My mom works there, and the cookies there are banging. Soft and melty in the mouth.

The French toast bagels are really good too.
