I lovvvvveeee Bruster’s ice cream. No matter which location I go to my butter pecan waffle cone or bowl is always delicious. I’ve been going to Bruster’s for over 10 years; it’s the best! I only get Butter Pecan because it’s my favorite. Usually when I venture out to try other flavors I always come back to my butter pecan. I love it when I can get coupons and extra points.

The ice cream was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Banana Split Sundae—it was amazing. They even let us sample different flavors before choosing, which was such a nice touch. Elizabeth was wonderful—so sweet and helpful throughout our visit! I also signed up for the Rewards program, saved $3 on my order, and even got a coupon for next time. Can’t wait to come back! Elizabeth Made this a wonderful experience.

Wow! This is a great Brusters. My first experience was Mooresville store and made me almost decided to never come to one again. Glad I gave another chance. Excellent service and ice cream was much better. Better chill vibe about this location too.
I placed an online order as suggested by the sign on the side window, which clearly stated that customers could order online and pick up at that same window. I followed the instructions, stood in front of the pickup window, and waited patiently.
I saw what looked like my order being prepared, but instead of opening the window or even acknowledging me (the only person standing there), the staff placed the order in the freezer and walked away. I assumed it must’ve been someone else’s, so I continued to wait. After another 5 minutes, I finally knocked and was greeted as if I had just arrived—despite standing there for over 10 minutes.
Sure enough, my order had been sitting in the freezer the whole time.
To make matters worse, the outdoor pickup area was infested with bugs, and I was getting eaten alive while waiting. On top of that, one female employee was club dancing in front of customers. While I’m all for fun and energy, it felt more unprofessional than entertaining in this setting.
Overall, the lack of basic communication and customer awareness, combined with the uncomfortable environment, made for a pretty frustrating experience.

My son LOVES the plain Banana which they literally never have in rotation. When you guys 1st opened I could order a 1/2 or whole gallon and have it within 24 hours.. Called said would take 2 weeks to possibly have it . Left 2 stars because it is the best I have ever had, not just banana. You should ALWAYS have it plain like you would vanilla
