I was greeted and assisted immediately upon arrival at the temple. The only difficulty is narrowing down a final purchase from the offerings on hand. Luckily there is an illuminated menu board and I was able to get a pour of one of the latest and greatest from a local hero on tap. I was initially hesitant about the new location but it is impossible to deny the character of their current building. I don't regret the effort put forth to find free parking, and I look forward to finishing up the bounty I took home.

My go-to for all craft beer needs. 26 beers on draft from all over, including some of their own. They even allow you to grab singles and drink on-site. Solid, diverse wine list. Crazy huge NA menu. Tons of events every week. What more could you ask for?
Large diverse tap and craft can bottle selection. Indoor and outdoor seating.

Always super friendly and beers are fresh because they don’t have a ton of room. Parking can be a challenge but it’s got a cool vibe and we are lucky to have them in Matthews.

The beer temple is absolutely wonderful. I had my first beer here when I turned 21. They always have a great selection, and a place to sit with your friends. The atmosphere is welcoming and lighthearted. If you are looking for a place to hang out, you should be going to the beer temple. Cheers.
