Chick-Fil-A is one of the last remaining places in the fast food business to not incorporate A.I into their service process, they also are one of the only fast food establishments to hold their employees to a respectful standard. THIS particular Chick-Fil-A… gave me the best experience from a fast food establishment in my 15 years of experience. Michelin star worthy off of service alone.

We tried the app this time. Very easy to pull up and get the order. Even though we ordered through the app, food was still fresh and drinks still had ice (not watered down). And it was still their pleasure to help us out.
I pulled into the drive-thru at 9:55 PM, well before closing, and sat there until 10:04 PM with no response at all. Nobody bothered to speak through the speaker, acknowledge me, or let me know they were closed.
I completely understand if the restaurant closes at 10, but at least have the decency to say something instead of leaving customers sitting and waiting. Very disappointing and definitely not the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A.

I was going to my favorite McDonald's today, and i was excited to get my usual order a chicken sandwich with large fries and a large sprite. When I got my food, i sat down excited to gaze upon my meal. I open the sandwich and it is perfect. Then, I go to eat my fries and I see a rose toy sitting in the box! This is unforgivable, but i did have fun at my house later.

I usually love the nuggets here. The last 4 or 5 visits (I’m there weekly) the nuggets have been over done to the point of almost being burnt. They were dry and nasty. I couldn’t even eat them.

This restaurant does a really great job at messing up orders consistently. Like someone else has commented recently, the past few times we’ve ordered food at least a couple items are missing. Make sure you check your order before you leave! I’m done.
