I waited quite some time to leave this review in the hopes things would change. While the service is always great and the staff are so friendly, the food quality, especially the fries, has really taken a turn for the worst. The waffle fries are always so overcooked that I've started going to other locations to eat. Based on other reviews, I'm not the only one noticing this. For the last few months, the fry box is barely half full and most of it are just the pieces/crumbs. I beg you please stop cooking the fries into small pieces of bricks! They're so hard and dry that they are inedible. I recently sent feedback through the app about this issue and received some free fries in my app; however I'd rather the overall fry preparation improve so that would benefit everyone. See my photos for a recent experience. That was an entire box of medium fries. I had to throw them away because they were just terrible. Since CFA is well known for their waffles fries, please stop overcooking them and fill up the box!

Mismanagement on a Saturday morning. Sat in the drive-through lane for 15 minutes from the time I placed my order until I was one car away from the window. Orders were messed up for two cars in front of me and myself and two other vehicles behind me finally left the drive-through lane before ever having received or paying for our food.

I never complain about CFA however, I had a situation where my order was not right once, so i got my money refunded and reordered it again and still didn’t get the right order. Called to see what could be done and the man on the phone basically laughed and said let me talk to the manager…. Proceeded to wait and came back saying there’s nothing we can do. Did not apologize just thought it was funny.

I want to leave a good rating for the customer service, the older woman who served me was very kind, the woman who brought me my food was also very polite and finally another employee, an older man, went from table to table asking if you needed more drinks, that speaks very well of the restaurant, serving all people equally, keep it up because not everywhere you find people like that.??

The food is always good, BUT, I don't like that they're constantly hiring very young teens. Like 14 and 15 year olds. They look stressed and overwhelmed. I'm also aware of how management treats staff, at least as of a few years ago
Ordered two Cobb salads. We got home and there was no chicken on one. I called and left a message and no one called me back. Customer service fail.

I have been coming to this Chickfla since it opened years ago and the staff they have now?? Absolutely undefeated. They always for my app (which most other ones I’ve been too don’t) and they’re SO efficient. I was there today and was through the line in 2 minutes like what?? Will ALWYAS love this chickfla.
Not sure what’s going on at this location But the size of the chicken in my sandwich was tiny Usually I go to Indian trail location but stopped at this one and wow it was like the size of 2 tenders And very dry
Waited 15 min for an ice cream cone at a time that was not very busy. Walked up to the counter to check what was going on and there was no explanation, offered to make it right away, just seemed like they forgot to make my order. Disappointed as I’ve come to expect better quality service from Chick Fil A.
