First off this is the absolute slowest Chick-fil-A you will probably ever encounter and it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or slow they still move slow and when you order online and go inside to pick up all the employees act like you aren’t there it’s so odd and honestly rude. I’m not sure if they just don’t care or don’t have enough people but it’s truly disappointing. The food can also be inconsistent. Overall this Chick-fil-A location desperately needs help across the board.

Anytime I come by here, it never disappoint. I either get a chicken sandwich or 8ct nuggets (fried or grilled). It was very busy on the day went and wanted to try something different, so I got a chicken deluxe sandwich (without bun and cheese) on a lettuce wraps which was good.

Do not go here if you have somewhere to be or are late to work. Food is great, employees are nice BUT they are the slowest chick-fil-a i have ever been to. I have come here many times and it is always slower, it wouldnt be too bad if there was a way to get out of line once you realize they are taking too long.
Customer service has gone down at this particular location. I eat there at least 2-3 times a week and last few times my order is always missing something. Tonight my sauce was missing from my order. I tried to call and no one answered the phone, so I had no orther choice than to post here. I hope things get better or I will not be returning to this location.

This Chick-fil-A is absolutely embarrassing. One of their employers. I drive this car told my daughter to go back to her country and cut her off at the light. The manager did absolutely nothing about it and made excuses for their employee. I already contacted corporate and let them know.

This Chick-fil-A messes up my order 60% of the time, make sure if you go here you check your food and drinks before driving away
I went to the Matthews location on 12/26/24. The woman taking my order kept repeating the order back to me wrong and I would correctly her nicely each time. I specifically asked for NO pickles and no added salt to fries. I had to say it 3 times. She even laughed when I said it the third time. When I checked my mobile receipt while waiting, I told the other woman at the front that I had said no pickles but the receipt said add pickles AND add salt!. She ensured me they would not add pickles. I get home and both sandwiches had pickles, fries with extra salt. Neither of the kids ate. This is very disappointing and almost feels deliberate. Always have them repeat the orders to you going forward. Double and triple check your orders before leaving.

I don't understand how every time I come to this restaurant there is something wrong with my order. EVERYONE needs to ALWAYS REPEAT orders to guests. It should not be an OPTION!!!!
Many items have been left out from my order the past 4 months. Cheese, fries, no cookie crumbles in my parfait. Double check everything! Please! I'm soo frustrated!
Retrain these kids in evening/night shift.
