Chicken Salad Chick

It is always VERY COLD in here, summer and winter. Supposedly, the district manager says it must be freezing cold in there for the quick Chick case. If so, put them in the fridge and have people ask for them. Being so very cold is ridiculous! Such a very rude manager. It is obvious if you are not of a certain socioeconomic status you are not welcome there. You also better not say anything negative about your food or she will have you banned! Heads up and look out if you go in there!!

Unprofessional rude staff - will not work with you, absolutely DO NOT CARE if you give them your business or not. Spend your money elsewhere. Will turn you away if you need your order even 1 hour early. Some people just should not be in the service industry!

I'm hooked! Lol I have never been a chicken salad fan until someone let me try their Chicken Salad Chick and next thing you know two days later I'm driving 25mins to the closest store. I didn't realize there was so many choices & the girl at the counter was very helpful.

Literally only 2 grapes and NO pecans in a large container

The chicken poblano soup was watered down potato soup with very little flavor!! I eat frequently at Chick. Salad Chicks in Clemmons and chick/poblano soup is delicious, thick, rich, & full of flavor. It is not a thin watery soup with potatoes and bacon in it like the chick/poblano I ordered for lunch at Concord Mills location 10/6/2025.

terrible the manager “makey “ very rude ! no customer service and she vapes over the food ! this restaurant encourages staff to half clean the restaurant very dirty and the workers are unprofessional.

Atmosphere is a good for a lunch place and food is delicious. I will say that several times that I ordered online. My order was not done to my specifications.

The variety of chicken salads at chicken salad chick is stellar. They have spicy, savory, very healthy, pickle-ey, etc options. There are so many, and they’re all great. The cookies and all the sides are great as well. My wife’s go to is the grape salad, and I love the pasta salad. The grape salad is more sweet and the pasta salad is a more savory option. My by far favorite aspect of this restaurant is the strawberry lemonade. It is some of the best lemonade I have ever had. It is so fresh and tasty.

I wanted to love this place, but it was a bit of a mixed bag. The Classic Carol chicken salad was delicious definitely the highlight but the scoop sizes were much smaller than they appear in the ads, which was disappointing. I also tried the Olivia’s Old South and it was a little too heavy on the pickle for my taste. The broccoli salad was surprisingly good, nice and fresh. Unfortunately, the soup tasted like it came straight from a can definitely not the homemade feel I expected. On top of that, it's a bit pricy for what you actually get. Overall, not terrible, but not quite living up to the hype either.

Closed early all the time. It was going to be a take out. I'm going to stay away for a while till you guys figure you're business out!!
