Left out salsa, silverware. When I ordered double protein, they not only neglected to give me double protein, but they skimped and gave half the portion that is usual for a burrito bowl. Not on par with any other chipotle I have had. Very disappointed.

we went in for lunch today, and ordered white rice as we saw them refill it. the rice was 80% uncooked! we couldn't return it as it was a takeaway order..it was extremely hard to finish the rest of our food without rice! such a waste of money!

I had an incredibly uncomfortable experience at this location. I came in with my two toddlers and ordered a chicken quesadilla and a bowl. Midway through preparing the quesadilla, the staff started rolling it like a burrito. I politely told them that I asked for quesadilla and they said to order through the app. I agreed and asked if they would be discarding the one they had already started. They told me to go ahead and order, and they would still make it.
Shortly after, they handed me the quesadilla before I even had a chance to place the order. When I explained that I hadn’t been charged yet, the staff mumbled something I didn’t catch. I proceeded to try ordering, but the app kept giving me an error. Meanwhile, I was focused on my crying children, but I couldn’t ignore the way the staff kept staring and whispering. Instead of simply communicating with me, they created an extremely negative atmosphere.
I wasn’t trying to run off with a $9.99 quesadilla—I was sitting right in front of the cashier. If they were concerned, they could have just spoken to me instead of making the situation feel so hostile. When we finished eating, I went up to the cashier, showed them how the app wasn’t working, and asked to be charged properly.
What upsets me most is that I used to work at Chipotle at another location years ago, and we had high standards for customer service. Even now, as a professional, I often talk about how Chipotle’s work culture positively influenced my attitude. Unfortunately, this location does not reflect that at all. A little communication and professionalism would have gone a long way, but instead, I left disappointed.

Went there on 2/14 around 9:45 pmand they were cleaning up and closing. It closes at 11pm. No sign or anything and we could see them inside cleaning up.

The person cooking doesn’t wear gloves while he cooks and doesn’t cover his hair. I asked if this is typical bc the cook was also just cleaning the counter and then went to cook food with his his bare hands. The response was “not typically “ The cashier was then going to confront the cook in front of me opposed to getting a manager

Portion sizes continue to get smaller and the quality seems to be declining. $14 for a quesadilla which included two small slices of quesadilla and some meat! AND you can only order it through the app. My wife brought up how inconvenient the app-only policy was and she just received glares and attitude in response. Chipotle has become a total ripoff and unfriendly to its customers.

Every time I try to give this location a chance they always disappoint. I made an online order before heading into work for a bowl. I open the bowl and theres like nothing in the bowl. I wanted brown rice there was like barely even a scoop and in there and I ordered chicken and there was barely any chicken. It’s like they tried to cover it up by putting more lettuce than anything. My coworkers were right next to me shocked. I honestly should've taken a picture at the time but I didnt think to. I will not be coming back to this location. Lesson learned🤦🏽♀️

When I decide that I want xtra protein I will now go inside to order and watch them make my food. I ordered online today and ordered extra protein. Because of previous experience, I opened the tray in front of the server and had to ask where is the Protein. NONE! On line ordering with Chipotle Matthews is not good if you want what you paid for.

I have never had such small burrito. I am a big fan of Chipotle, but this is the worse Chipotle. The rice was uncooked. Do not come. Worst price per quality ratio.

Definitely has improved
Literally the worst, we made a catering order . At first they could not find our order. Second we had to go back because they didnt even put the meat in the boxes. We payed over $350 and was literally the worst experince.
