I've been here several times with my girlfriend and our children. Always good, no complaints. Food is fresh and readily available. They also take pizza recommendations for the bar. The only thing I have to say is the small arcade is not at all reasonably priced. Other than that I have no complaints.

My family arrived at 845pm and we ordered 3 buffets ,3 sodas and an order of wings. As we approached the serving table, all the pizzas the workers took and threw away, leaving only 2 trays with misc left over slices of pizza. Google says they close at 10pm. We were told the whole back section was closed so we enduredscreaming children running all over where we sat. I wouldnt have paid if there was going to be no pizza. The bowls for pasta were purposely put out of reach, behind the serving counter. They all appeared to be in a hurry to close up. We asked if they were going to make any more pizza, got no answer. Very disappointed in lack of customer service.

Everytime I come to this cicis, I feel welcomed in! The staff is very nice. I can place an order for my pizza to be in the buffet line and they make it great every time! The manager, Mr Leonard, makes sure I have my pizza every time I come in (I guess I come in so often that he remembers my order 😅). I go out my way to come here, and look forward to the next time!

Best CiCi’s Pizza I have ever eaten. Everything was on point customer service, cleanliness, serving utensils clean, available pizza options on point, bathrooms and floors clean. Yes we may have to wait on pizza it was Sunday lunch rush but it came out perfectly in a timely manner. My favorite part was seeing this restaurant employees people with disabilities. The joy on customers faces including my own as we glanced a handicap man folding pizza boxes. Keep it up!!n

We ate there because the cicis near us shut down about a year ago. The food was not that great (but thats just my opinion) The carbonated drinks were messed up and all the sodas tasted funny.
