I pre-ordered a one day cleanse to kick off the new year. When I went to pick them up, I also decided to order sandwich for lunch. I was sitting waiting for the sandwich, and no one called my name to let me know it had been done for a couple of minutes already. It Was a super awkward atmosphere. Also the sales associate put together my cleanse while I was there, and it turns out they were out of one of the juices that came with it and she asked me what I wanted to replace it with. Obviously I wanted the one that I pre-ordered, and I didn’t know what one was most similar so I asked her to pick it. I also ordered two shots, and she almost forgot to include those. When I did the cleanse the next day, two of the juices were expired! so I decided to reach out to management and let them know of my experience and see if there’s anything they would be willing to do. She said she would load points onto my app so that I could have $15 worth of credits for my next purchase. I have now waited three days, and I haven’t seen them loaded. I’m super disappointed with this experience especially with the cost of that cleanse. I probably won’t be coming back because of this entire experience.

I usually come to this location often. However it maybe best to go over with your team on customer service. It’s not a good look to talk poorly about other customers in front of new customers, especially for an extended period of time. Then to not help customers when they ask for assistance. Also perhaps don’t make comments of if I wanted to deal with xyz types of customers I’d work at a specific coffee shop that was named.Usually the teams working are fantastic, however a check of the 2 girls working today would be ideal. Poor customer interactions, and poor look on location for bashing customers.

I got the extra strength drink I think it was called that. It had pineapple, cucumber, and kale. It was basically a cucumber drink. I wanted more pineapple than greens because I wanted my drink to be more on the sweet side but it wasn't. I paid 8 whole dollars for a small drink. The concept of the store is great but to me it's not worth the money they charge. Don't think I'll be back.

The only thing keeping this from a 5 all around is the fact that they switched to a kiosk only ordering system. It’s not an easy to use system and things like paying and adding rewards aren’t intuitive and just a pain. I also enjoy interacting with staff and have made friends with some of the girls from seeing them so often. I hate the cold feeling ordering through a kiosk brings. I think it’s useful to have a kiosk available if it was very busy but it shouldn’t be the only way to order. I wish they’d do away with it.

Girl behind the counter was very helpful—she had to be bc the self serve kiosk was incredibly hard to use. She had to come out from behind the counter to help us put in the order. The self serve kiosk is a BAD IDEA.

The person that was there didn’t want to take my order. They told me to place it on the kiosk. Behind me was another person and they took her order. I felt discriminated. I will not come back to any clean juice location.

What a great and tasty place for some healthy drinks and food! Love their goal of being organic and how fresh everything is.I’m a big fan of their protein smoothies and with them being close to the Crunch Fitness gym it’s a win for me.The staff is really kind and caring and the space is great along with the location on the sycamore commons plaza where a lot goes on off of 51.Their smoothies do take a little longer to make because everything is fresh and awesome so you can come and try it if your in the area or if you think you’ll be coming by multiple times then get the app and order ahead. It’s super worth it.Highly recommend!

Time and again, this is the quality of the avo toast I get from the Clean Juice on Matthews Township. No more. I’ll never understand posting Bible verses on your cups and serving spoiled substandard products. Not only is it just plain old bad business, it’s a TERRIBLE witness. I’ve been a customer since the very first Clean Juice opened. No more.

I would like to know why you are not accepting cash? Cash is still legal currency in America and around the world. I do not want any government tracking my purchases with use of only digital currency. I do not want to hear it is about safety either. Until you begin accepting cash I will not frequent your store and I will tell my friends to do the same.

To my surprise, the juices in the cleanse are now 12oz when they were 16oz. The price has remained the same. Ridiculous. If you decrease the size, decrease the price as well. I feel ripped off.

My smoothie took a while this morning because there was only one worker. I am appalled that they would only have one employee to do everything, especially a food establishment! The poor girl was running around trying to tend to at least 10 different people at once. I don’t mind being patient because she was kind and moved with urgency, but there should at least be another employee to help take care of guests.

Don’t bother with online order! I came from Indian Trail to pick up the online order to hear that they don’t have 3 juices of 5! Why don’t you text or email that people don’t waste such expensive gas??? This place is a joke. Always new people and zero customer service + cosmic prices. Moreover, they didn't refund my $53.84 which I requested immediately. I disputed via my credit card service. After 2 months! I received the message from my Apple credit that this service provided the document that I received the product/service! Unbelievable! They are not just awful, they are thieves! I requested that document from my Apple credit and will investigate them differently as soon as I received it. BTW, there is a great brand "Evolution Juice", cold pressed fantastic REAL juices on amazon and instacart. After I posted my review on facebook, they deleted it!Update: I received a copy of the document they provided my credit service with. I have no words. It's a piece of paper as a receipt with my name on it and the total money. I don't know how people can steal and feel good. Have a great closure, thieves.
