Stopped for breakfast and have not had in a long time as I usually hit Crackerbarrel for dinner!
What an awful experience! The scrambled eggs looked wierd like maybe they didn’t use real eggs. They were not yellow and fluffy but mostly white and no taste. The pork sausage patties looked like hockey pucks and when I cut into one it was actually orange/red inside as well as dry and didn’t taste anything like a pork sausage!
This was 10am so why was a place that served breakfast all day serving this awful food??!

The food was lukewarm. The biscuits were so hard ypu could tap them on the table and it sounded like a rock. The peach cobbler tasted like they opened up a can of peaches and threw the crumble crust on top. It wasn't even lukewarm. Worst food experience we have ever had at Cracker Barrel.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to enter and exit and also to sit right up at the table.

The hashbrown casserole was very dry not like it was fresh it was like it was left over from the day before!
Parking: Lots of room, but there is a lot of cross in thru traffic so must be careful when backing out@

Food is just not good anymore. They've gone so cheap on everything (despite increasing prices) that everything just tastes frozen, artificially flavored, and gross. The atmosphere is crowded, loud, and overwhelming. Our waitress was nice.

My biggest complaint is the quality of food. The service was great, and the atmosphere is modern and cozy. The place is very clean and comfortable. My complaint is solely the taste and quality of food they serve. It's not how it used to be, unfortunately. Other than that, it's a great place to get together.

A brand new waitress who served all the other tables over ours, empty cups and glasses, and leftover dishes not touched, made for a bad day. I took a photo of the empty biscuit basket and glasses, which had sat there 5-7 minutes before I took the photo. They sat another 10 minutes before the waitress ever came back.
The food finally came, and the pancakes were cold and like cardboard and the eggs over cooked.
My wife complained, and all we wanted was fresh food and refills. The manager comped the meal, which was awesome, and then ordered new food out. The replacement food was what we should have had and was good.

I miss what Cracker Barrel used to be. The food is not as good. The proportions are way smaller. The prices have skyrocketed. I stopped going here a few years ago but thought I’d give it another chance. I was disappointed again. Taking Cracker Barrel off my list.

I have dined at Cracker Barrels all over the country. I can say this is by far is the worst. I have dined at this Cracker Barrel three times now. All three visits demonstrated that there is no leadership in the front of the house or in the kitchen. Wait staff is allowed to hang out in the dinning room talking while others are struggling to get plates out. We waited nearly twenty minutes all three times just to get our order taken. Orders were wrong all three visits. The consistent problems show that managers are not trained or lack concern. I do not blame the wait staff, they are only doing what leadership allows them to do.

Our server was amazing. The food was good but not outstanding. The atmosphere was loud. We went for a late lunch and even though the restaurant was almost empty it was extremely loud in there. It was almost like the sounds feom the other diners was amplified. Also, the noise from the kitchen was loud.

Most dining experience here is above average. Today it was below average. I ordered the 4 piece fried chicken dinner. Two pieces were small wings with mostly coating. One had no chicken and the other about a teaspoon. The other 2 pieces were OK in size but mostly breading. For four pieces, I probably got one breast size amount of chicken.
