Ate there on 05/03/24. Online it was advertised that the fish fry was Cod fish with steak fries with 2 sides. Upon ordering it was told to us that it was not cod fish but white fish. When the order arrived it had no fries. It was stated that it did not come with fries. I tried to explain what was online but was told nothing could be done. So we ordered a side of steak fries and the were burnt. Then when we left I ask the cashier if they had any tooth picks I was told no that they haven't had any since covid. Very disappointed and will not return to Cracker Barrel.

Took my babygirl there and she loved the food and the gift shop there. They always seem to have classic candies you don't see in circulation much anymore which is awesome too. Although our server was super new, her customer service made up for it. Great experience overall.

I have placed an order on the app at 6:21 and it was supposed to arrived at 7:00 but didn't see anybody come out so I called and they said it was going to come out here shortly but didn't see anyone so I went inside and asked for it. The nice gentlemen gave it to me so I have no clue how long it's been sending there for from the inside. I waited since 6 something to 7:40. The food seemed cool
