Dry, bland, overpriced cookies. Associates likely mistreated by management as they're not happy to serve the public. Tubes of bake-it-yourself Nestlé Tollhouse cookies so much better, a superior experience to bake at home with your kids, fill home with aroma of warmth, easy to make soft and chewy or crispy, and irresistible flavor with more chocolate than expensive Crumbl. If people tasted Tollhouse bake-at-home cookies before buying a Crumbl franchise, there'd be no Crumbls.
