The cookies are great, the cakes are amazing. Olivia with the glasses, not so much. Almost like pleasantries aren’t part of a client facing role.
Rude employee every time we stop by. It doesnt matter if its late in the day, early in the morning or if youre walking in or curbside, the tall overweight girl with dark hair who wears a mask is always rude. I stopped by this morning and was the only customer. I placed my order on the tablet and walked up to to ask how to order the free cookie. She mumbled something and when I asked what she said she yelled ONE SECOND IM MAKING YOUR ORDER. I stepped away with my toddler and waited. Then she told me to come write my name in the tablet for the free cookie, handed me my order and walked off. If this job makes you this angry at 10 am in the morning, then find a new one. This is probably the 3rd time Ive had a rude interaction with her and my sister has had several as well. Will not be returning to this location anymore.
The staff are always friendly and genuinely seem to love what they do. Even during busy hours, they take the time to offer recommendations or box up your pastries with care. Prices are reasonable for the quality, and the portion sizes are generous.

I agree with all the reviews - the service is awful. Very unfriendly and rude. That counts for both of the ladies that spoke with me inside.
Cookies were delicious but got slammed on the counter with a rude comment and not even one nice word to say. No welcome. No have a great day. Nothing.
I would expect more if I pay that much for cookies.
