The yall girl who wears a mask. Her attitude sucks. She couldn’t have been anymore careless while talking to me. So rude. Literally slapped my cookies in the box so hard she broke my cookies. Don’t have a person with a nasty attitude like that handle the customers. It’s crazy you’re getting an exciting treat to enjoy and it gets ruined because of someone with a nasty attitude who clearly doesn’t want to be at work and then ruins your actual cookies. I had already paid at that point and clearly wasn’t up for the fight, probably never going back to this store because of this girl. SMH.
Also don’t sit here and “apologize” to me. I see all these reviews on here, and up to 7 months ago, people have CLEARLY been complaining about the same girl. Do better Matthew’s. Instead of saying sorry, change something. Can’t enjoy a dang cookie because of your dumb worker.
