Ice cream good. The employees wait for you to speak and say nothing lol weird
Always clean. The employees are great! I always get a cone after I see my MD in Matthews.
I’ve been to this location many times over the years and it’s always been fabulous! Tonight though we met Jordan! She’s incredible! Sounds like she’s worked here for a very long time and really is dedicated to making customers happy. That might seem like a small thing at an ice cream shop, but it’s a mentality and commitment that is nice to see in today’s times. Our experience with her, and of course the ice cream made our whole night!
Priced to high
I frequent this location often, either they have shrunk their cone sizes or the employees have just gotten lazy

Terrible customer service. Over charged for two small drinks and one blizzard that was supposed to be .85 charged us $10.37

Service and ice cream were great. Tables were dirty and lights over the tables were out.
I love all the products in this place and I have been to other locations and the attention is good but the attention of this site is not very good, today I was attended by a boy with a green jacket and he was rude I started to tell him my order and in a bad way he told me that he did not hear me pointing to his ear in which he had a hearing aid and he took my order wrong I asked him for a mini size and he billed me medium size. Possibly do not return to this place because it is not the way to treat the client.

Walked in, was greeted by a friendly young lady, she took our order, and made our blizzards. They were made to perfection.
Friendly, fast service, good ice cream
This place is a constant let down. This is the 3rd time that I have paid for extra chocolate in my blizzard. I order a chocolate extreme with extra chcolate... I SHOULD NOT see vanilla ice cream. The guy at the register shook his head with a scoff when I asked for a drink. The lady behind the counter slammed my blizzard down after she barely mixed it. Horrible customer service and not once have I ever gotten what I paid for. Definitely will not be coming back. Maybe their employees should stop with the attitude and make the orders as asked for if they want people to come back.
Poor customer service tonight, just wanted a sweet treat after working all day in the heat!!!
