Great food. Service has improved greatly.
Walked in, was greeted by a friendly young lady, she took our order, and made our blizzards. They were made to perfection.
Friendly, fast service, good ice cream
This place is a constant let down. This is the 3rd time that I have paid for extra chocolate in my blizzard. I order a chocolate extreme with extra chcolate... I SHOULD NOT see vanilla ice cream. The guy at the register shook his head with a scoff when I asked for a drink. The lady behind the counter slammed my blizzard down after she barely mixed it. Horrible customer service and not once have I ever gotten what I paid for. Definitely will not be coming back. Maybe their employees should stop with the attitude and make the orders as asked for if they want people to come back.
Poor customer service tonight, just wanted a sweet treat after working all day in the heat!!!
I ordered a Oreo Brownie cupfection and a PB cup Blizzard with chocolate dipping. I had to wait 15 minutes for th Blizzard and didn't get the chocolate dipping on top. The servers were very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

Ice cream...just as you remembered it from your youth...only now the choices are EMENSE!!!!! Try a dip cone or a famous Blizzard...everything is a wonderful treat!!!
I like the ice cream but damn these reviews are scary. The store also does in fact smell like fabuloso but the staff was nice 🍦

I've read a few reviews about the Cotswold and Matthews stores smelling bad. I didn't pick up on bad smells at Cotswold but Matthews must have overdosed on Fabuloso, and they could use a few lessons from Cotswold in making Blizzards. I've been twice in the last couple weeks and I'll go to Cotswold from now on.
As expected
Some super impatient lady was having a fit and being rude and tried to mouth off to the young ladies behind the counter because she interpreted the way they handed her her food as “rude”. Even came BACK in the restaurant and spilled her sundae all over the counter and floor while she bent over to take her tip back out of the tip jar. All the while the three young ladies working behind the counter maintained their composure and were far more mature than the woman at least three times their age. Also our ice cream was great. Thanks!

Took away my last review as I was satisfied this time around! I will be back!
