Dairy Queen (Treat)

Took away my last review as I was satisfied this time around! I will be back!

This place was dirty and filthy on the inside and the cashier acted like he or she couldn't tell if it was a boy or a girl could talk. I walked up to the counter and said hello and they just looked at me like a deer stuck in the head lights . The place also had a stinch/ smell that didn't smell like an ice cream place. I didn't buy anything. I just left. This location is a mess

lol 832pm we don’t serve food because we’re closing in 28 minutes. Hopefully the girl serving was not a manager terrible attitude , your there to work and serve and get paid simple task you would think.

My husband's favorite go-to place for his ice cream.

Went at 8:20 and tried to order chicken tenders and the cashier said they weren’t serving food anymore. I can understand if it was like 10 minutes before closing. But it was 40 minutes… I feel like they should be serving everything until they close.

The employees are great but there is an awful smell here. We’ve been twice and both times it was present. It’s bad enough that we’re never going back!

Don’t drive over in the evening without calling to see if they are open first. Hours here are not correct! Said open until 9 PM. They closed at 7 PM and put a sign in the door. Second time this has happened to us. Off to Brueters down the street we go!

Dirty atmosphere, food was meh, blizzards amazing like always, the employee was pretty snobby.

Stopped by for a birthday cake for my husband, they had all of the treats and cakes fully stocked and were so helpful and pleasant to work with. Positive and friendly! Thank you!

Best DQ in Charlotte. The manager, Pam, is very nice, and runs a great store. Delayla has been their almost as long as Pam and is a great second in command. This DQ is clean, the service is great, and the prices are what ice cream should be. We are regular customers and give four thumbs up.

Dietary restrictions: Plenty of options for sugarfree.

Parking: Up from the Matthews Township Harris Teeter so plenty of parking.

Very unfriendly black guy merchant, keeps serious silence on my hello, and with no words gave my order.
Thank you for the response from the company though. I have visited Dairy Queen in different countries in Europe and South Asia. Really I don’t want to be disappointed.
