The blizzards were delicious I did hear one of the workers say they were short staffed. So maybe all the bad reviews worked. My issue wasn’t with the staff or the ice cream but a funky smell throughout the shop.

We loved coming here however, the staff is so rude and unprofessional. Working in their pajamas and acting like customers are bothering them by supporting their business. Also the cleanliness of the restaurant is very concerning it smelled so awful in there we got out of line and left. We will not be going back. It was so much better when Ed and Barbara were the owners.

Will never go back. One of the most rude and unfriendly employees I have ever met. When my wife asked if there is a manager, the girl replied, no what's the issue. My wife said that she was very rude, and this employees response was get the f... out.My wife was shocked and asked what did you say and she repeated get the f... out.

My husband and I came here for some ice cream treats. Upon my husband receiving his banana split and saw there was barely any strawberry syrup on he asked for more. The employee very rudely said "it is on there" but turned around and added more anyway. We looked at each other flabbergasted! Zero customer service skills! Plenty of other places to go for ice cream with better service!

The group of ladies at this spot are amazing...wish I knew their names to call them out individually. One of the ladies run the cash register, has facial piercings and locs (I believe). This group of ladies keep the customers happy and the line going. Ice cream is always amazing.

I visited this location on a Sunday @5:30pm. The employees executed with the upmost professionalism and execution. Wish the franchisee would allow a tip line on their bill of service so the hard working employees could benefit a fraction from their hustle.
