Domino's Pizza

Really poor experience. We ordered boneless wings. They gave us bone in wings. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza regular. We received thin crust with pepperoni and black olives. We brought this to the attention of the cashier and they just stared at us. Then replied with… we can remake your order but it will be another 20-30 min. Then charged us 16$ for the wrong pizza. This is pathetic

Edit: Been on hold now for 45+ minutes and my husband has just returned with our Jet's pizza.

Placed a sizeable order tonight and it was cancelled. I've attempted to call back numerous times to find out why (as directed) and have been on hold for 15 minutes. At one point my call was connected and I could hear people in the background doing everything besides picking up the phone and speaking to me. Guys, what's going on...? Is it because I selected "no tip"? I selected that because taxation is theft and you don't have a box to check for a cash tip (which I have sitting right here on the counter for the delivery driver). We're ordering Jets 👍

Canceled order for unknown reasons. Called and was hung up on several times. They even answered and set down the receiver once, and I could hear people in the background. It was very confusing. I’ve had pizza from them before - they skimp on cheese.

I'm beyond disappointed with our sandwiches Pizza was RockStar sandwich for me horrible.. look at the pics of my husband's food,
It's juicy, lots of chicken and cheese.. then move on to my over cooked Bacon Chicken Ranch with 4 total pieces of chicken so overcooked cheese over cooked and little bacon hardly any ranch, it was so dry and overcooked... how does it leave the store??? It was so dry even adding my own ranch didnt help threw it out.. very bummed, had a grill cheese because the pizza wasn't for me 😭😭.

First and last time ordering from this location. I have been a Domino’s customer for years and have always been great but for some reason this location pie was not up to par.

Only ordering the handmade pan pizzas and throughly enjoy the taste, as we were never big fans of the regular style. But the lack of toppings is getting apparent and feeling we may need to make a change.

Workers completely ignored me for 10 min. Finally got my food home- 2 simple sandwiches and they only gave me a pinch of meat on them. It's not like they were busy the staff was just standing around chatting.

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in one of the best pizza experiences I've had in a long time. This Dominos truly meet their assignment with my most recent order. The crispy garlic crust, sauce, and toppings ? made me eat way more (6 slices) than I had intended to. I wish that I would have took the time to take some pictures of the pizza before my wife and I devoured it ?

I'll give 5 stars if your staff learns to cut a pizza.. every damn time it's not cut. Easiest job to do there and they skip it.. just lazy

We haven’t had domino’s since 2019 and decided to give it a try again, especially with all the new advertisement, expecting the pizza to be better and was very disappointed with the food. The wings I had to baked in the oven at home because they were undercooked, the pan pizza that I specifically asked for to be baked ‘well done’ was actually underbaked. Worse pizza experience I had at any pizza establishment. Domino’s lost a customer forever. Do not waste your money.

I like Dominos ever since my earlier years when I was working as a delivery driver. Over the years the chain went up and down but it’s definitely is doing well currently. I especially like their deep dish pizza and recently New York style. Delicious and not that expensive if you use their coupons. The local store in Matthews across from Publix is very conveniently located too. Thanks!

Horrible customer service! So worried about a pizza tracker, or coupons that they forget basic service. Made my pizza incorrectly and I called to get a refund and no one could handle that request, left a message for manager no return phone call, then left a message for district manager no response, sent an email to corporate no response. Charge more for pizza and get staff that actually care about a customer.
