Ordered at 9:07pm and promised time is 20 min and even after 45 min it’s not ready and the person at the front is rude (surprisingly he is the manager)and said we r running behind and it will be like that.They gave the food at 9:55pm

If you are looking for a place to grab lunch or dinner I would %100 recommend this place they get your food done quickly and the quality is very good but out of everything the customer service was absolutely amazing.

Walked in this location next to YMCA and said hello to the pizza maker who has a beard (black) scruffy and had not one ounce of a personality. He came to counter and I told him in a humorous manner that the special part of the chalk board had no special written on it and people must of scribbled it out. Looked like a kid scribbled all over the board. I then asked what the special was and Bryce (Manager) said there is not a special. I repeated to him that has always been a special promotional pizza option and he looked at me as ‘I Don’t Care Attitude’ and mumbled something inaudible. Looked like he wanted to fight me for even asking. I asked him who the manager was and Bryce said he was. I then said to him if you are the manager then why can’t you tell me what the special offers are for the evening and asked him again what are the specials. He then said “awe man they are the same old specials”… I then asked him what are the “same old specials”? He mumbled oh $6.99 Pizzas. I asked what his name was and then left! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I then drove to Pizza Hit where I got very friendly and professional service! The Pizza is really Good as well! Pizza Hut Rules!

“Manager” high as a kite, no longer trust this location to be using proper food safety precautions. Definitely don’t trust them anymore to be handling my phone. Moving my business to our local Papa John’s.

They got an order wrong, not a big deal at all, annoying, but easy fix…… except when we called we were on hold for 20 mins. That’s when it becomes a big deal. Husband ended up driving there. He could hear the phone ringing loud meaning everyone working could hear it and no one bothered to answer it. For 20 minutes. This really wouldn’t have been a big deal until our time AND money was wasted.

Update: when husband arrived, the workers were chatting and he asked if they were gonna answer the phone and they responded telling him they can wait..it was him on the phone waiting 25 minutes. He mentioned the wrong order and wanting the correct one. They offered no apology for not answer their phones and for the wrong order. Says one of them seemed high. Go figure.

If that’s the case I wouldn’t trust them with food safety to be honest.

If I could give service a 0 or negative rating I would. I was on hold for 25 minutes before anyone answered the phone. No one did. Because I had come to the store after waiting 10 minutes on hold and came in to one pizza on the screen being made and two guys chatting while the phone was ringing. One said “can I help you” I said did you wanna get that to the phone and he said “no they can wait” I said interesting cause that’s me I’ve been waiting for 25 minutes and 37 seconds. I was delievered the wrong item and would like to have the correct one. They made it with no apology or any emotion. The “Manager” seemed to be high as a kite and couldn’t care less.

I ordered a “well done” cheese pizza with extra cheese and sauce. When I got the pizza it was almost undercooked. Cheese still white as can be no browning. I sent it back then the driver came back with an almost identical looking pizza. I just wanted to eat and I didn’t have the heart to send it back a second time. This is my first negative review I’ve posted ever. And it’s because this is the 3rd time I have ordered a pizza well done only to have it come looking not the least bit crispy. Also I tried to call the location but no one picked up the phone for a half hour. Better attention needs to be paid to the special instructions customers are asking for. If I go back at all it will be for in store order as I don’t trust them to get it right for delivery. So I did some digging and it appears the people who work making the pizzas only make about 10 dollars an hour starting. You guys need to seriously think about how you can manage your budget to pay your people more. People getting payed that low will rarely ever give good service. Anything under 16 an hour in this economy your employees will feel taken advantage of and they will not provide good service they will only do the bare minimum.

I ordered a pizza paid for it with my credit card and never received. It. Don’t order from this dominoes. I never seen this in my life. I’m staying at the Hyatt house hotel and another guest has the same problem. They ordered pizza never received it. Do not order from this Domino’s . they don’t answer their phones after you place an order. I stood on the phone for 30 minutes. Nobody didn’t picked up and now they’re close.

Always quick and efficient! I sometimes order online right when leaving work. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get from my work to this location for pick up and they ALWAYS finish right before I pull up. Which is a relief because I am starving and tired. They truly help me wind down from a long day ! Always my go to Dominoes! Great service and friendly!

Never experienced any real issues with this location. Tonight, I ordered pickup and when I arrived, I noticed my order had been cancelled. The manager on staff whispered to the employee that he tried to call me 3 times because they didn’t have any peppers, so he cancelled the order. I look at my phone, I had one missed call. In the end, he left the two other employees to deal with his mess. When I tried to speak with him before leaving, he wouldn’t even look at me.

Really poor experience. We ordered boneless wings. They gave us bone in wings. We ordered a Hawaiian pizza regular. We received thin crust with pepperoni and black olives. We brought this to the attention of the cashier and they just stared at us. Then replied with… we can remake your order but it will be another 20-30 min. Then charged us 16$ for the wrong pizza. This is pathetic
