Domino's Pizza

Gave me a “free” pizza and when I try to order it all I get is an ERROR message because they don’t want to fulfill their end. DISGUSTING “business” practices

This place is wonderful. Code is always bought on and very friendly staff. I've been especially stuck out to me he was very kind and extremely helpful

During a church event at a member's house, we had a large food order delivered. The delivery person, Monte, went above and beyond to help out. He noticed that we were feeling stressed and took the initiative to pick up some Amazon boxes from near the garage and bring them to our door. This thoughtful gesture really alleviated my stress, as I had been searching for those boxes all day.

I am not the type of person to post anything but I really felt this was worth sharing!
I haven't been feeling well for a couple of days and decided not to cook dinner so I had ordered a pizza from the local Domino's Pizza in Mathews, NC tonight. Samuel the delivery driver delivered my pizza and asked how my day was with a sweet smile. I told him I hadn't been feeling well and I noticed I haven't brought my trash cans down my steep driveway since Friday evening. He handed me my order and wished me a good evening. The next thing I know, I get an alert on my Ring camera and I see Samuel bring both trashcans down and placed them on my fence line. I couldnt believe what i was seeing. I am at a loss for words for the kindness and the random acts of kindness done by him. He went above and beyond all expectations! Thank you Samuel! Your smile and kindness is very much appreciated! The manager and staff at this location are ALWAYS working hard. I pick up all the time and you can see them flying around staying on top of things. Sure, sometimes they are swamped and there is some delay, or mistakes are made ... but I've never seen any employee on a phone, just standing around or impatient with customers.

The manager is Awesome and she treats you like family. Always professional and makes sure the food is made properly.

I was told that my order is going to be ready in 15-20 mins and i was waiting more than an hour from 17:32 to 18:35 in the shop for my order, Tracking screen is not working!!!
And when i asked the front, she asked the main one and she was made on her (while she looking at me) telling her “Simply tell the customers that your order is gonna take 30-45 mins when i have a full screen”

We have been ordering online with this location for years. Recently, our orders keep getting cancelled with no notification or explanation. If you try to call, you’ll be on hold for ages and IF you’re lucky enough for them to answer and NOT hang up on you, their people don’t care that you’ve been waiting over an hour and a half for food. The only reason I continue to order from them is because the pizza place I really like isn’t open as late so I just don’t have the option sometimes.

I love going here! There’s so many deals to choose from, and the front desk is always so friendly! If an order is wrong, they gladly remake it at no extra cost. 10/10!

Don't order at this place it got so bad, don't change your points either or you lose them here. I placed an order online, the waiting time was 20 to 30 minutes, I arrived 40 minutes later, I ordered my pizza, their response was it would take 40 more minutes OMG I asked for my money back and they refunded it to me in 3 to 5 days, seriously, DO NOT BUY HERE
