We ordered online. Girlfriend ordered coffee and two bacon egg and Cheese sandwiches and a bagel. We pull up to the speaker and ask if it can be untoasted and unsliced. The man on the speaker shouts “it is.”. It was a little rude but no biggie. We pull up to the window, and the girl working hands us a bag, she was fine. The guy who called out “it is” shows up with the bagel and it’s crumpled up in the bag, and he gets way out the window with his head almost in the car and aggressively starts handing us the bag. Same thing with the drinks, might as well have put it in the cupholder for me. I said thank you, didn’t say a word back. Before we leave he’s like “got your bagel?” like he was trying to make us feel bad or something? That’s the only thing he said at the window the whole time. My girl said have a good day, to which he didn’t reply. We drive into the highway and realize one of the sandwiches are sausage instead of bacon, we checked and definitely ordered two bacon. Not hard. Almost seems on purpose. He was so rude we decided we shouldn’t even bother going back. I don’t know his name. Wish I caught it, he was the heavyset African-American man with a beard.
If you’re gonna work in a customer facing role, get over yourself. Hope he doesn’t stay there long, lost my business for sure.

Literally waited 45 minutes in there for 3 drinks this has happend multiple times with this dunkin. The staff looks completley untrained and honestly clueless. I couldve made my drinks better.

I walked in to pick up a mobile order and do some work in the store for a bit, but one of the employees accused me of being rude when i didnt understand something they said and then basically told me they weren't going to help me. I took my order and walked out. And I will not be coming back. The coffee was just as good as it always is at least.

Place sucks. Been going to this location for a while and their customer service has gone out the window. Now wait at least 15-20 minutes for my food to come out every time. This time I waited 25 minutes and was told to pull up to the black gate to wait longer for a wake up wrap after my drink was made wrong the first time as well. Is this not a fast food place? I have things to do, and not wait for a small piece of food for 25 minutes. Have my drink, not my food. Money down the drain, just left after told to wait longer.

Really disappointed - giving 3 stars because the staff is a 5 but the drinks/product are a 1. I do not think they are being properly trained or given the correct product to serve. The last few months the drinks have gone downhill as you can see in other reviews. They are watery, VERY dark, and for the price you are paying it is just not worth the risk. I was a regular and lately 5/7 days a week my drink was undrinkable. I tried to contact the franchise owner but they never got back to me. There are other Dunkin in the area that are much better, so even though this location was more convenient for my commute, I have started going elsewhere where I get an amazing drink every time. Examples are Matthews-Mint Hill road, Blair creek road and Kings Drive. Attaching pictures you can see the differences in the drink from this location to the Mint Hill much better location.

I’m writing to share how disappointed I was with my experience at the Dunkin. My coffee was made wrong, so I went inside to ask for it to be remade. I was polite about it, but the girl behind the counter a Black girl with a bun rolled her eyes at me. If you made it right the first time then I wouldn’t ask you again duh. I work in the food industry myself, and if I treated a customer that way, I’d be written up or even fired. It’s completely unprofessional. The wait was way too long, and the store was a mess there was trash all over the floor. And then, I found a hair in my donut, which was absolutely disgusting. When we asked the manager about a military discount, she said they don’t offer one but your website says you do, which is frustrating and misleading. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Dunkin’. As someone who works in food service, I understand how busy things can get, but respect, cleanliness, and basic customer service should always be a priority. I hope this is taken seriously and addressed.

Not sure if they have a new manager, but they are just as nasty as the drinks they have been serving. Got a watered down coffee and when I told them I have to come AFTER 5 to get it remade since I had to work. They refused me saying that they didn’t have anything written down confirming that I would be coming however they were looking stupid at me the whole time versus looking for the note!! Called manager this morning who said I was supposed to be there at 5:30 and you came at 7:30 which was a lie!! I told her I would be there after 5 didn’t not tell her a specific time. Instead of her apologizing for her rude team refusing my drink she wanted to argue that this was a big misunderstanding. No your team just simply didn’t want to make my drink. They remade it THIS MORNING and it still tastes watered down. This Dunkin needs new managers and new crew. Coming from a old shift manager of Dunkin donuts

this is the WORST dunkin of all time- first when we ordered our food we got cut off mid order which explains why they got EVERY part of our order wrong, our avocado toast had no bacon, they gave us plain bagel minis instead of everything, they forgot the snackin bacon and the hashbrowns, we had to go back around and then when we got our replaced bacon it was soggy and not cooked with none of the seasoning…..and the icing on the cake was our everything bagel minnis WERE STILL FROZEN. It’s safe to say i’m never coming back especially with the attitude i got for their mistakes when i asked politely for my missing order .
