I am so sorry, but it’s been plenty of times and I have to speak up about the people working here (not all) some people always be having attitude and when I ask for Splenda they put sugar on purpose, specially when they mess up a drink and I ask kindly to redo.

I’m sure most of the team are not educated and don’t know that people either take care of themselves or have diabetes and could kill someone just because they have an attitude or it’s a customer. Training and educating staff goes a long way.

Not the best location I've been to. Ordered ahead, waited anyway, only to be handed a bacon egg and cheese on which they forgot the cheese, and a cup of white ice in which they forgot the coffee. Save your $15

I got a frozen signature Latte this morning and two croissants. Drinking my coffee only to find out there has been plastic blended into my coffee and I ended up drinking some of it. I called them at 10am. It's 2:56pm and I've heard nothing from them.

The staff here are so nice! There was a donut missing from our order, but they were kind about it and fixed the problem immediately. Also got the wrong hash brown bowl, but what we did have was delicious. Coffee was great too, not just a cup of sugar! We walked in during a bit of a rush and they may have been a little short staffed but we got our order out quickly considering what was going on. I’m pleased!

I’ve never had more issue ordering a simple coffee in my life. The woman taking orders at the drive-through was either not paying attention or just bad at her job. Either way she does not need to be at the window. She needs to be at the counter or in the back. I passed multiple Dunkin locations. On my way to work, I will never stop at this one ever again. I now know why the line was so short on a Saturday morning.

This location's parking situation is a joke! They claim they 'share' their parking lot with the auto repair shop next door, but I feel they simply allow (perhaps for a small fee?) the auto shop to park their customers' cars there. Today, and far too often, there were TWO customers and three employees in Dunkin', yet there was NO ROOM FOR CUSTOMERS TO PARK in the parking lot. I had to wait for one of the two customers to leave so I could park my car. This is completely unacceptable and the issue needs to be addressed ASAP.

Hit or miss with drinks here, there’s like 2 ppl that actually complete drinks as ordered. Most times my drink is way too sweet(wrong shots/swirls) or I get a different flavor all together.

It’s a consistently bad experience. Always slow. This was another experience where I ordered and sat in the drive thru for 7 min, no line movement, and left. You can count on higher prices and poor service.
