We went inside to buy donuts around 640 pm 6.7.25 , there were no other customers inside. The young lady working the counter with braids/dredlocks looked up at me but didn't acknowledge me. She continued making p/u orders but didn't say anthing to me, then my husband came I told him I would use the bathroom if he could order. The women's br was locked, knocked no one answered, all I could think is that she locked one bathroom as to not have to clean two. I came back and the girl was helping a family getting ice cream. My husband said she completely ignored him and when the white family came in she went to help them. She looked at us yet said nothing to us. We left.

Went to this location yesterday around 1pm. The two young men working were polite and prompt.
Also- BEST ICED COFFEE i’ve had from dunkin in a while. Will definitely be back!

They need to hire better people. They don't pay attention to what you order. They give you a whole different drink.

Order 10 mins ahead, you'll wait 15 more in the store. Order 20 mins ahead, you'll still wait 15 more in store. For one drink. Which will be made wrong, you'll ask them to fix the issue, they'll add (not exaggerating) 11 pumps of coffee concentrate to a drink that needs 4, but initially had none. They'll stir it in with a visibly dirty spoon. You'll try to ask them to remake it. 10 more minutes because they're too busy to notice you due to playing on their phones in the corner(pic included). They'll remake it. It will still be wrong. Then you'll leave with your $6 coffee that still isn't right at all because you have no more time to waste on someone not being capable of following simple instructions of exactly how to make a drink on the screen in front of them..or moving with ANY sense of urgency at all.
DO NOT order here. Find another location. They don't even have a drive thru anyways.

Ayo coffee tasted terrible and when I mentioned it to the workers they started remaking it but I heard Patrick make fun of me saying “that tastes so much better thank yewww” well my guy, it didn’t. The coffee sucked just like Patrick’s attitude. And stop eating products back there if you’re not gonna restock.

I bought an iced coffee and a croissant. The guy who makes the coffee had it ready in a couple of minutes. Great experience. Thanks, guys.

This is the worst Dunkin. Terrible staff. They and rude to the customers and don't care. I was waiting for over a half an hour for them to make my sandwich and saw their friends coming in the back to hang out while the guy who was supposed to make my food texting on his phone.

No management, terrible service. Was here a year ago still don’t know what hot coffee is or fresh coffee. Big disappointment!
Every week I experience some sort of issue at this branch. The server is not friendly and seems that he is asleep. No receipts and no loyalty point…? Terrible experience.

This place literally has zombies working there. The staff look like they rolled out of bed and haven’t bathed for a week or combed their hair for a month. The seem to be more interested in themselves then serving customers. Also the employees are parking their cars all backed in the very front of the parking lot thus taking all the customers parking spaces up front. Employees should park their car in the back of parking lot. We already have people having to give up 2 spaces for uber eats or mobile delivery order people and fighting for a parking space of 8 spaces. Only to have some 18 year old smoker kid taking up one or two of the remaining spaces with his mother’s Cadillac backed in. Wearing hoodies over their heads while working is another deal breaker. I don’t know if the guy works there is in there robbing the store. But I blame all of this on the management who is clearly not checking in or watching his staff which tells me food quality control is also probably a nightmare. I would try a different place. I yearn for the days of no franchises and a business owner who cared about his customers who made fresh donuts not frozen.

I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app 24 hours in advance for two boxes of hot chocolate, scheduled for pick-up at 7:30 AM for my son’s class Christmas party. When I arrived at 7:25, the order was not in the mobile order area, so I waited in line to inform the staff. What I assume was the shift manager was already yelling at another customer who had placed a mobile order for 3 dozen donuts, scolding him for not calling ahead and claiming they needed more notice. Her tone was rude and unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone waiting.
When it was my turn, I explained I was there to pick up my hot chocolate, only to be met with the same rudeness. She loudly told me it would take at least 20 minutes and criticized me for not calling ahead, even though I had tried multiple times the week before but couldn’t reach anyone because their voicemail wasn’t set up. Despite placing my order 24 hours in advance, she dismissed it as irrelevant, saying they only get notifications when the order is due. Her unprofessionalism, coupled with her disrespect toward customers and staff, made this a frustrating experience. I will not return to this location and hope Dunkin’ addresses such unacceptable behavior.
Typical of never having things in stock. Food was slightly overcooked. Bagel was very hard. Drink order wasn't fully correct
