This is the worst Dunkin. Terrible staff. They and rude to the customers and don't care. I was waiting for over a half an hour for them to make my sandwich and saw their friends coming in the back to hang out while the guy who was supposed to make my food texting on his phone.

No management, terrible service. Was here a year ago still don’t know what hot coffee is or fresh coffee. Big disappointment!

Every week I experience some sort of issue at this branch. The server is not friendly and seems that he is asleep. No receipts and no loyalty point…? Terrible experience.

This place literally has zombies working there. The staff look like they rolled out of bed and haven’t bathed for a week or combed their hair for a month. The seem to be more interested in themselves then serving customers. Also the employees are parking their cars all backed in the very front of the parking lot thus taking all the customers parking spaces up front. Employees should park their car in the back of parking lot. We already have people having to give up 2 spaces for uber eats or mobile delivery order people and fighting for a parking space of 8 spaces. Only to have some 18 year old smoker kid taking up one or two of the remaining spaces with his mother’s Cadillac backed in. Wearing hoodies over their heads while working is another deal breaker. I don’t know if the guy works there is in there robbing the store. But I blame all of this on the management who is clearly not checking in or watching his staff which tells me food quality control is also probably a nightmare. I would try a different place. I yearn for the days of no franchises and a business owner who cared about his customers who made fresh donuts not frozen.

I placed a mobile order through the Dunkin’ app 24 hours in advance for two boxes of hot chocolate, scheduled for pick-up at 7:30 AM for my son’s class Christmas party. When I arrived at 7:25, the order was not in the mobile order area, so I waited in line to inform the staff. What I assume was the shift manager was already yelling at another customer who had placed a mobile order for 3 dozen donuts, scolding him for not calling ahead and claiming they needed more notice. Her tone was rude and unprofessional, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone waiting.

When it was my turn, I explained I was there to pick up my hot chocolate, only to be met with the same rudeness. She loudly told me it would take at least 20 minutes and criticized me for not calling ahead, even though I had tried multiple times the week before but couldn’t reach anyone because their voicemail wasn’t set up. Despite placing my order 24 hours in advance, she dismissed it as irrelevant, saying they only get notifications when the order is due. Her unprofessionalism, coupled with her disrespect toward customers and staff, made this a frustrating experience. I will not return to this location and hope Dunkin’ addresses such unacceptable behavior.

I don't like to leave reviews that aren't good. I seldom do. Reality is while I understand it's hard to get employees, the service here has been going down for some time. Yesterday, I went on-line to see what time they opened. The hours listed said they open at 5:00am. I arrived at 5:09am this morning. The store was dark. As I got out of my car and starting walking to the store someone (I assume an employee) unlocked the door, went in, locked the door, did not turn the lights on and went in back so he/she couldn't see me at the door. I didn't have time to find an alternative.

Came for donuts they had only type of donut. All I could get was donut holes. The sitting area was dirty and the tables weren't wiped abs cleaned at all. Had 2 people working and weren't busy at all.

Food was standard Dunkin fare. Took a while to fulfill our order.
I was bummed they didn’t have Dunkin Midnight on tap (in the morning on the weekend!)
The location is nice as there’s fountains, indoor and outdoor seating options.
The restaurant itself was clean- but the bathroom was inexplicably gross- like aged beyond its time and smelly.
I will probably go with another option next time I’m in the area.

Sign says they open at 5am, Internet says they are open, Im standing outside at 5:20 and the door is locked and the employee is inside barely moving. If y'all open at 5am, then open at 5am. If not change the hours. And I'll find my coffee somewhere else. Mon Aug 12th 2024 @ 5:21 now. Door is still locked.

This place is terrible. It’s really giving Dunkin a bad name. The food looks gross, the coffees are not consistent, and it’s always filthy in there. I’m done coming to this location.

i ate there this morning and ive been throwing up every meal since then so take what you want from that. dont even bother w this dunkin i beg, every time ive been there the coffee has been watery and flavorless and now that it gave me some kind of stomach bug im giving up.
