Most sorry Firehouse Sub I've ever ordered from. They won't get your order right at all . Don't waste your money at this place like I did. You're better off starving before you order from this place.

Not sure why there is an option to tip the associate who makes your sandwich when they are more involved in their cell phone than making said sandwich. Soda machine needs maintenance.

Unfortunately ordering in the app for pick-up seems to give you unreliable service. Ordered the previous night I requested extra lettuce exta tomatoes. When I arrived at my house and opened it up it was made exactly how I wanted it, the problem is had was they did not include the picked spear which is on the receipt. Fast forward to the next day I ordered the hook and ladder again specified extra lettuce extra tomatoes. Again I checked it when I got home, this time I got the pickle spear but no extra lettuce or tomatoes.

This location has done a 180 from the last time I visited. Very very fast service. I tried the Smokin' BBQ Triple Stack and it might be my favorite sub of all time. Will be back especially since kids 12 and under eat for $.99 Monday-Wednesday after 4pm.
