Everytime i come they start closing before way to early this is the second time i have came here wanting a sub an couldnt get one this time they were open but they already put the meatballs up the employee told me we got everything eles but meatballs i was gonna try turkey but he didnt know that they already put it away too man you need to get it togeather closing 20 min early isnt cool this isnt the first time nor the 2cnd time or tge 3rd ive done stopped counting this time i was pissed enough to write my feelings i love the firehouse subs but i feel like im goin to have to find another place to grab a decent sub from now on

Service is horrible. Staff doesn't pay attention to your name and gets it wrong on the ticket. Took 25 minutes to get my sandwich. Staff also seems to not want to have there. Good food but God awful service .

I've been coming here for years, and I felt really uneasy today. There were just a lot of tensions, delayed service, and irate people behind the counter. I bit my lip because I was hungry, but this place has the worst service I've ever had.

I forgot this location was here. A friend sent me a screenshot of their promotion from social media in which they give a free or buy one get one sub to people whose names have certain letters in them. Turns out it was the wrong day which was fine. However, you would think with three employees working there would be silverware and napkins stocks. Also the straw papers would all be picked up off the floor. The Young male associate appear to be training at least one of the female employees. They were young so possibly first jobs for them however I would think it was common sense to not stand there and eat where the customers can see you where the food is being prepared. My sandwich was supposed to have no mayonnaise. As you can see from the pictures it was drown in it. The service was friendly and fast.

Stopped for lunch on a Saturday with the family. The place was not full and we ordered right a way. It took about 30 minutes to get our 4 sandwiches. 2 of the 4 were made wrong but we didn't dare ask for corrections due to slow service. Not going back to this location.

So for last Couple of times I've been to this restaurant. My sandwiches were wrong. I never had this problem before. But now it's a problem that's going on. Because they have new people there and they're not trained to make the sandwiches. I ordered a Turkey bacon ranch what I ordered. And I got a plane Turkey Sandwich.
