Went here for a Uber eats pick up went to the counter and was ignored, a group of people came in after me and went to the register and were immediately acknowledged and serviced. After all of that another woman came in after me and went to the pick up counter and was immediately serviced before me. I was confused I thought they were just going to call the order out for me at this point and I pick it up but then one of the employees finally decides to acknowledge me and ask if I need help. Horrible service especially for someone doing deliveries where every second counts....

Completely unorganized had too ask for my order after waiting 30 minutes so they got mad and barely gave me any fries manager should be embarrassed store was a mess and no order even tho there was at least 8 people working . Of those 8 two actually worked tried this franchise again still have a terrible attitude still got my order wrong . It was a cheeseburger with pickles and mustard not hard but got mustard and ketchup. ( i can't eat ketchup it causes a allergic reaction.) I didn't bother too complain I ate the fries and left it will never return. Owner should be concerned .

Since when does a little cheeseburger and regular fry cost 20 bucks? This place is gone downhill and the prices have skyrocketed. After my order was Ring up I realize that the register provided a tip that I did not leave. No one in the store knew how to refund it or re-ring my order. Safe to say this will be the last time I go to five guys and matthews, I'll drive to mint Hill to go to wayback for a much better Burger and cheaper. Fries were over salted too but that's just piling on.

Friendly cooks and register workers. Properly made burgers and fries.
While the burger was great( they need an update on the generic bun and at this price point its not too much to ask for guys), the 5.79 fries were awful... seemed reheated not fresh.. the manager did replace them; but where is your quality control. This place needs a re-fresh and some new items. Very overpriced and not worth it. YOU need to do a lot better!!

Same as any other five guys, although my wait time to receive the food was horrible, stood there in line for almost 30 minutes while orders before mine and after mine were called before me and I had a simple cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and ketchup. The ladies working the line did not have a sense of urgency at all and we're super slow while the guy working the fries killed it, those ladies need to be retrained or replaced.
