TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE and RUDE customer service I will never come back to this establishment the waitresses are so rude and does not want to do their job they roll their eyes thinking we would not notice when we had to flag her down for refills of our drinks, but me being I still tipped generously even though she barely came to the table I just would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Only American options are served at this location. They charge extra for steak during lunch and they are limited in the variety. Not a good choice for a family.

Nothing special about the food but it's a lot and the place is super clean with a very friendly staff. It's gotten a little pricey compared to other non-buffet chain restaurants but the key is they are not buffets.

Drove an hour in charlotte traffic which was only 10 miles to have dinner here with my kids. They were out of all protein. No chicken, no street chicken, pasta, fish, meat loaf, fish And etc. just ridiculous. It’s a Saturday night u guys are busy There is no reason why all your meat is out. Just to drive an hour back to have dinner elsewhere which caused my kids to be late getting in bed. Completely ridiculous

Was there at 11 when they opened. Some items not ready and out at the hot bar.
Noticed the cashier take plastic cup lid and pick through the french fries then got another plastic cup lid and went through the ribs and took back to cash register.
While there is still no hot food at the stations then noticed the cooks doing the same.
How can you make yourself food and eat it while your job isn’t complete?
Will not be back to this location. If your reading this save yourself a headache and go to monroe location for way better food and complete buffet.

This is my second visit here and a dog was invited freely with the patron. This time the man didn't even have the mutt on a lease. The dog was going under others table. Then he put the dog on the bench beside him. This place is disgusting. After telling the so called manager he did nothing.
Update:
I spoke with Omar and he assured me that he's making positive changes in the restaurant.

Omar (the Manager) and Alex (our waiter) was excellent. We celebrated my niece’s birthday after church. Omar came by several times and checked in on us. Alex made sure the plates were removed from the table when done and we didn’t run out of drinks and provided the attention to us that was needed. They both really made our lunch even more special with their service. Their kindness and hospitality didn’t go unnoticed.

We look forward to our Sunday visits. We always seek out Dunia so that we can sit in her section. She is wonderful. Omar the manager stopped by to chat today, super friendly. The food is very good and the offering is varied. We’ll be back next Sunday.
