Went for a free, small semina, and after enjoyed the food. Most of the food looked delicious and fresh. What I ate was very good. Enjoyed the free meal. Will be back yo enjoy the food.
The waitress was excellent, I don’t remember her name nice older lady said she only works on Sundays. The bread was the worst I’ve ever had at Golden Corral, it was hard and no butter was put in it. Other than that it was ok.

Before we go to Golden Corral, we make sure we don't eat anything heavy in the house, because that's the only way to get all the delicious food we're going to eat there. Thank a lot to Darian and his wife for the excellent customer service that they gave to us!!!

Husband and I had a great breakfast at the Corral yesterday. The food was hot and fresh. Linda was our server and she was attentive and friendly as always. We will probably do Easter dinner there.Parking: Plenty of parking, but limited spaces especially for handicap patrons
This place is amazing all the way around we live in hickory nc and we'll to say the less the one in Matthew's NC blows hickory out of the water. Me and my family will take the hour drive to get the best food and service. Thanks to all the servers and managers.

This place is amazing best atmosphere in a restaurant I've been too in some time. I would highly recommend Matthew's vs hickory definitely a huge difference all the way around. Keep it up yall .
Darian is a great server , I always sit in his section always when I eat at this location but one thing I have as a concern is when other servers are trying to be attentive to his section and they feel obligated to steal his tables when they are have a section to tend to . Please don’t do this , especially when I always tip Darian for his excellent service The other servers feel the need come over and always try to take over his section .I will come back but if this keeps happening you will lose a great customers like my mother and I .Thank you always Darian for your hard work and service ❤️❤️

Checked out this Golden Corral while checking out a college for my daughter.We got here right before dinner so we paid the lunch price and still was able to get the dinner for the lunch price. If you want a beverage which they have soda lemonade or iced tea it's an extra unless you are a senior and arrive between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. your beverage would be included.The food was pretty good they have a nice salad bar with a lot of different toppings you can add to your salad. They also have during lunch cheeseburgers which were delicious. They also have corn on the cob Pizza sweet potatoes chili and a taco bar also a fajita station you could make your own.They also had a dessert bar with chocolate dipped strawberries chocolate dip Rice Krispie treats and soft serve ice cream the soft serve ice cream to me did not taste the best but that was my opinion.Our waitress was very nice always asking if we needed more water or extra napkins.The place was pretty clean the bathrooms could have been a bit better.Overall I would recommend this place it is definitely a lot of bang for your buck.
