Very small portions! The fajitas are mostly veggies with very little meat. The tacos are tiny! My kid’s burrito was very small too. We will not be going back.

First time Customer, order was missing some items for a appetizer which was disappointing (wings and chicken fingers). Taco salad was mainly taco meat and tiny bit of lettuce, tomatoes, that was disappointing. I wanted a salad not a bowl of taco meat. My order was a mediocre for the money spent.

Ordered here for the first time as a takeout order and over half the order was wrong. On top of that, the food was mediocre at best, so considering the lack of attention to detail to ensure that what we received matched what we ordered and subpar fare, we will not be back.

I was really excited to try this place after hearing great things, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, I was not greeted at the door, nor was I informed that I could sit anywhere. After a brief wait, a server approached and told me I could choose any seat, but still without a proper greeting.To my surprise, a couple arrived shortly after me, and no fewer than four servers rushed to attend to them. I was left confused, as I had to wave down a server to get assistance. Once seated, no one offered me water or chips and salsa, while the couple after me received both right away. After about 15 minutes of waiting, I overheard a staff member asking another server if she could assist me, but nothing was done to address the situation promptly.
Finally, after further delay, the server who initially acknowledged me took my order. By that point, the couple who arrived after me had already been served and had their order taken well ahead of mine. During my wait, a family of three was given warm farewells by three servers, and when the couple left, they were similarly acknowledged by two or three staff members. In contrast, no one said a word to me when I decided to leave after waiting a total of 45 minutes. As I exited, there was a staff member at the door and two others nearby, yet none of them acknowledged me in any way. I was left feeling frustrated, especially as I was the only African American guest in the restaurant. While I am hesitant to make assumptions, I cannot help but feel that the service I received was significantly different from that given to other patrons. I believe in constructive feedback and would appreciate it if you took steps to ensure that all customers are treated with equal respect and attention. Thank you for your time.

The food was A+ sooo delicious! Now their drinks DO NOT DO IT! Its a waste of money. My partner ordered a margarita and it was as if they put a spoon of tequila it literally was ALL JUICE, it was terrible and i also overheard someone else complain about the same issue. The worst was when i ordered a tamarindo agua fresca, i thought it was a refreshing natural juice with no sugar added, this thing literally had 3 pounds of sugar is all i could taste. I asked the waitress if out of courtesy because i didnt drink anything at all besides the initial sip (see pic) if they can take it off the bill $5 it wasnt even a big deal, she said it was out of her hands and came back and said no sorry the water is supposed to be made extremely sweet. I was shocked, not even out of customer service because you would think you want people to come back and give good reviews. Welp needless to say we will not be going back, and again not because of the food because it was excellent but because of their lack of customer service when it came to the issues. I was with my kiddos and everyone was extremely sweet and nice with them which i appreciated it. Just next time make sure you take care of your customers so you get good tips! And good reviews overall.

I haven’t even eaten here yet. I came to pickup a doordash order & was met with an attitude and poor customer service from a specific worker named Bianca who wanted to be sarcastic and tell me she doesn’t know how long the order will take and i can go ahead and cancel the order, which is completely disrespectful to me working and the recipient of their food. Learn better manners and customer service. I mean for gods sakes what is the service industry coming to.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE! They charge you a take out fee, who does that? And on top of that, the customer service is poor and food is poorer. There are so many other options. There’s literally a Mexican restaurant on every corner.

The service here is super frustrating.

After ordering, we had like 3 different people who would come back to the table to clarify what we had ordered. We thought this was just a single inexperienced waiter, but the same thing has happened 2 other times we've eaten here with different waiters.

We also had to keep asking about different things like - they brought my husband's drink, but still hadn't brought mine by the time our food arrived, etc.

The last time we went, my Quesadillas were so salty I couldn't eat them, so I sent them back (minus 1 bite) and asked for just a single taco instead. Again, 3 different people had to come by to clarify what the problem was and what i wanted instead. The last lady to come by said they would not charge for my Quesadillas and something about a discount that I didn’t understand. When the bill came, they had charged for the Quesadillas, but gave a 30% discount on it. I asked why they were still charging me for something i couldn't eat. She just shrugged and said she would go ask... after waiting a reasonable amount of time without anyone returning with a corrected bill, we just left cash and walked out.

We won't be returning after that experience. For service, food, and atmosphere - La Unica right down the street has been and will continue to be our first choice.

Had a great dinner here…food was really good, seasoned and nice size portions. The Hacienda special was delicious and a must try. The manager was really nice and came out to check on our table. I mentioned I wanted to try the carnitas next time and he brung me out a little sample. Talk about great customer service!! We will definitely return and I will definitely recommend
