THE MANAGER TK... TOOK CARE OF US . ITS MY HUSBAND BIRTHDAY SHE TOOK CARE OF BILL AND SERVED US HERSELF . Due to a mixup WITH A SMILE AND APOLOGIES THEY WERE A BIT BUSY JENSIN THE SERVER WAS NICE ..we will definitely come see TK again . We r the Watkins family the were very nice and professional 👍

The service is absolutely terrible. They take forever to seat people, even when it's not full, and then it takes another hour to get served. They don't even take our drink order. That's why several branches are closing—because the owners don't care, and very soon all these franchises will close due to mismanagement… We didn't buy anything because the wait was too long.

It was not busy at this time. I waited for 10 minutes for the waiter to come but he saw me but didn't seat me at the table. Then I thought. I should go and sit down myself. I went and sat down and waited for the waiter to bring me the menu for 5 minutes. They didn't give me the menu so I told the waiter that I wanted the menu and waited for him to take my order but the waiter didn't come. I felt so ignored and I decided to leave the place.
The food was very good even the service the waittres that serve my table was very friendly the only thing that make me sad and upset was that when I left I forgot my purse I went back to get like 10mins later and I thought I was not missing anything until I realize I was missing 100 dollar the only cash I had in my purse my mistake was not cheking my purse before I walk out of the restaurant because I trusted the staff but I guess there was one person who desided that taking something that did not belong to them was ok 😕

I just had the most amazing experience at this IHOP due to my server Wisdom. He was our Host, Server and cook. He was the only person working doing everything and we had a better experience than most 5 star restaurants. His positive attitude and charisma set him apart. He genuinely was the reason for my 5 stars.

I’ve always loved IHOP pancakes, but this visit to this location was my first and unfortunately, my last. The pancakes were terrible one was very light, the other dark, and they were so tough I couldn’t even cut them with my fork. The taste was equally disappointing. I had really been looking forward to enjoying IHOP pancakes, but this experience fell far below expectations. This location desperately needs a strong kitchen manager because it’s a poor representation of the IHOP brand.
