We ate at the location on Independence Ave in Matthew's, NC. I ordered the 2x2x2 breakfast and my girlfriend ordered a burger and onion rings. My food was supposed to have 2 sausage links and 2 bacon strips. When I asked to switch the bacon for 2 more sausage links I was told they couldn't do that but I've never had an issue in the past. When the food came there were 4 links, no bacon but they charged me for an extra side of sausage at $3.29. My eggs were supposed to be over medium but the whites of the eggs were runny and not cooked so I didn't eat my eggs. Our drinks of sweet tea were $3.99 each, for a glass that was not that big. My girlfriend's burger was small, dried out and the onion rings had a film on them and a fishy taste. She didn't eat them, or much of the burger. The bill came to over $37 which was an absolute rip off for the food we got. We've eaten there before but never again. This place needs to improve drastically or be closed down with the lack of care and desire to serve quality food. The place was almost deserted which after the food we got I can understand why. Avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere.

I waited and nobody seated me forever The person in front of me left frustrated because he was ignored and nobody seated him there was no hostess finally after I waited forever a waiter seated me It looked like it was his section and I would have stayed there had the table been wiped clean but it was dirty from the last customers smudges and cup rings I don't know about this place This was 12:20 in the lunch time of the day. I don't know why you are ignoring your customers there were two other couples behind me when I left and that nobody was seating them either No hostess. I guess I'll go to Chick-fil-A. Sigh. The only reason I gave four stars instead of one is because of the one waiter who was nice enough to seat me since nobody else helped with who was standing at the door.

Boy the saddest waffle ever. Totally brought me down to earth cuz I never thought I would have a waffle look like that. So thin and why are all the quadrants different colors, kinda tasted burnt too. Bathroom was also nasty and didnāt flush but itās like what do you expect. Just completely run down over the years.

I won't be going back service was sorry food was cold. Employees are too busy on their cell phones. Ran out of sweet tea and had to walk around in the restaurant trying to find someone to give me another glass. The pancakes were cold like they had been in the refrigerator eggs were not much better

I had a terrible experience at this IHOP. I waited for over 20 minutes to be seated, and no one even acknowledged me. Staff walked by multiple times and didnāt seem to care. I understand if itās busy, but at least communicate with your customers. I eventually just left. Definitely not coming back.

Aleigha, is a awesome server and has an amazing attitude with a unique personality. We come to Ihop just to see her and we will wait for her to serve us regardless the wait time. Ihop couldn't ask for a better person to have on there team. Ihop needs more people like her.

Love my local IHOP. I go there after 7pm. There are no people there. I can relax and eat my pancakes. This IHOP does not disappoint! The server who serves my family got promoted to manager is awesome! He has a very nice personality. He always greets me with a smile and laughs!

They keep their phone off the hook. Never answers phone. Put syrup in the doordash orders. Yall giving pancakes with no syrup. Never answers the phone. Yāall changed the pancake mix, itās nasty now. Burnt steak tips I asked for medium well, the cook made well done burnt asf.

We drove 20 mins from our hotel because I wanted some new York cheesecake pancakes and cracker barrel was atrocious. We were promptly seated and our drink and food orders taken. The food came timely and it was delicious our waitress was wonderful and sweet and our orders were right. We enjoyed our experience here and glad to have a breakfast option after our negative experience at cracker barrel
