My wife and I have been visiting Jekyll and Hyde's for a few years now, and the food and service are always terrific. Today, Kaylee was our server, and she took great care of us. My wife had the Asiago Steak bowl, which she loved. I had the Bourbon Bacon burger with fries. J&H has become our favorite local place, and I've directed many of my friends there.

We had lunch here with friends while visiting this weekend. The decor was well done. Industrial, steampunk themed. The food was really good! The shepherd's pie was meaty and flavorful. The 1885 Chicken Sandwich was crispy and delicious with the hot honey. The Jalepeno burger was great, even with a chicken breast subbed for the burger. All the food was well done and tasty! The beer is solid! They have a huge selection of there own stuff and other breweries!Our server, Kaylee, we patient with our party of 8. She answered our questions, filled our special requests, was attentive, and very kind and welcoming. We look forward to our next visit to Charlotte so we can come back!

Cherise Was the best server we had in a while! My girlfriend and I went to Matthews for the first time since we are located in Winston. She had to come here due to work and after she was done we got food. We decided jekyll and Hyde. The food was amazing! The dressing are made in house and the steak was delicious. My girlfriend got the fish taco and I was honestly kinda weary of it but instead of mahi mahi it was cod and she loved it. Cherise was very diligent with our orders, and helped us with choosing our items.

The pretzel appetizer is amazing. We had the glazed salmon and the fish and chips. Both were delicious. If you like dark beers, try the Limerick Stout. It is very yeasty and smooth.

Edit, the reply to this from Lee is comical, I have sent him 2 emails, plus emailed the store & emailed from the feedback form online. No one has contacted me back and it’s been 8 days. Stay away!Edit: 2 days after we left, my total bill amount came out of my account and my $_1 was changed to a $_6 at the end of my bill total, increasing the tip by $5.We just left and it’s St. Patrick’s day, so I gave 2 stars for the benefit of the doubt. Service was good; Other than feeling like I needed to wait to request refills on the child’s size cups we got for our drinks and the fact that our food was cold AND served within 2 minutes of our luke warm soup. We ordered 2 soups and 2 Bangers and Mashed and a chicken tender plate. The soup was so cooled that the cheese had clumped together. With in 2 minutes of getting that our meals came out. I just decided I’d take the soup home and eat my meal. The mashed potatoes were cold to the touch. Ice cold. The server was nice and took both back and said the manager would bring out the new ones. He did, offered nothing, by now our son is almost done eating. The new plates were far from HOT. For $75 for a lunch for 3, I can find hundreds of better options in the Charlotte area. Hard Pass.
