Jeremiah's Italian Ice

I love some Rita's, but this place is different. I won't say better, yet... But it is goodt.

We love Jeremiah’s! I choose this place over others because of how friendly the staff are to my kids. Isabella was especially sweet and helpful to my entire family tonight. Super delicious, too!

I have been here many times and always had great service and the Italian ice is great! I went tonight and used the drive thru for the first time which was convenient. I paid $5.18 for a small which is ridiculous given the size. The cup is the size of my palm. Other than price and quantity it is very delicious and great customer service.

Their samples are enough to fill you up before the actual order. Their smallest size cup is packed so high, it will stuff you. Great flavors; wonderful staff!

We absolutely love Jeremiah’s! Delicious flavors, normally fast service and a great time for everyone! HOWEVER- We’re very disappointed with our experience today. There were four or five workers and only one worker was doing in store orders. That means the one worker (who informed us it was their first week) was taking orders for a line outside the door while also making all of the gelati’s. In all of the time I have been a customer here, I have never experienced one person practically running the entire store, usually there are multiple people manning the front! 2 of the workers seemed preoccupied cleaning the bathroom instead of helping the line. (We saw them later up front after the rush was already gone.) I understand that call outs and under scheduling are inevitable, but it is the managers job to ensure issues such as this are taken care of, and I am disappointed that instead they put the workers in a stressful and difficult position. Additionally, when we went outside to sit and eat, the music was absolutely blasting and it was hard to hear eachother over the speakers. I suggest possibly turning it down just slightly! Hopefully, next time we come back, there will be a few more people scheduled! (Please give the person working the front today a raise they absolutely killed it!!!)

The Ice-cream is really good on all flavors, they are really nice when they take your order and very helpful when you need something.
