We love Jeremiah’s! I choose this place over others because of how friendly the staff are to my kids. Isabella was especially sweet and helpful to my entire family tonight. Super delicious, too!
I have been here many times and always had great service and the Italian ice is great! I went tonight and used the drive thru for the first time which was convenient. I paid $5.18 for a small which is ridiculous given the size. The cup is the size of my palm. Other than price and quantity it is very delicious and great customer service.
We absolutely love Jeremiah’s! Delicious flavors, normally fast service and a great time for everyone! HOWEVER- We’re very disappointed with our experience today. There were four or five workers and only one worker was doing in store orders. That means the one worker (who informed us it was their first week) was taking orders for a line outside the door while also making all of the gelati’s. In all of the time I have been a customer here, I have never experienced one person...
