Main Jersey Mikes location I always come to. Usually always good never any issues, except tonight I got the rosemary parm bread and it was very hard almost like the bread was either 3 days old or overcooked. Made for a not so enjoyable eating experience. Their sandwiches are much better with soft bread

This place SUCKS. Incompetent employees who can’t ever get an order right. I live in the area and order from here regularly out of convenience. However I will not be doing so anymore, at least 4 times my order was not made the way that it says on the receipt. Management clearly has no control over the quality of the food they put out. Consistently leaving items that cost extra(bacon, extra meat) off of the sandwich but still have me paying full price. I love jersey mikes but this location is the worst in the COUNTRY!

The manager Dee is an absolute gem. He remembers my name and order each time. It’s not only me but he remembers a lot of his customers. These guys make hundreds of sandwiches a day and the fact that he remembers details like that is rare. I own a small business and I dream of finding team members like this. Well done!

Jersey mikes is one of my favorite chain sandwich places. I have been to plenty of locations and this one is by far the best one! Food is always great and fresh! And the atmosphere is super inviting. The Manager does an amazing job at remembering orders and the names of the regulars that come in. Even the staff are friendly. Best costumer service!

I always have a good experience when I go to this Jersey Mike’s! The whole team goes out of their way to be friendly, remember my order, and even chat with me about my day. The management must be doing something different to create culture and customer service on that level.
