The worst sub ever, will never go back

This Jersey Mike’s location is hands-down my favorite, and it’s all thanks to the incredible team led by Manager Sam! Since Sam took over as GM, the entire atmosphere has improved — from the quality of service to the overall vibe of the store. Sam clearly leads by example; he’s professional, upbeat, and genuinely cares about both his customers and his team.

The associates are always friendly, fast, and get the orders right every time. And of course, the food is consistently amazing — fresh ingredients, perfectly made sandwiches, and generous portions.

It’s rare to find a fast-casual spot that feels this well-run and welcoming. Sam and his team have truly elevated this location.

I eat at Jersey Mike's all the time, first time at this location, the service was terrible. The young man behind the counter must have been having a bad night, his attitude was not to the Jersey mike standard that I am accustomed to. We told him we wanted tubs and he put them on bread and when I corrected him, his body language was, dam it. First, you didn't ask what bread I wanted, so how would you know what to put it on. Threw the tub together and threw the tub on the counter towards me. Customer Service is lacking at this location and should be key to your business, plenty of other options to pick from. Please keep your dining room clean, tables were a mess. The drink machine was malfunctioning. Will not return to this location, sorry.

Always fresh and delicious!

Picked up lunch at 11:30 today and was truly impressed watching Brian single-handedly manage the entire store and every customer. Not another soul was working alongside him. Despite the challenge, he never complained or made excuses. Instead, he seamlessly juggled multiple tasks while remaining exceptionally professional and friendly.

Less for more $ Business Taking advantage of charging High Prices 16.95 + tax 18.02 for a Super Sub with 12 shaved paper thin slices of luncheon meat ain't Super just the price is - enough lettuce to feed 20 hamsters. Well you lost this customer and hope everyone does the same. It's the Only way these days to protest taking advantage of U.S.

i ordered on door dash without onions, i think something on doordash glitched and they made my sandwich with onions anyway. i called to see if i could be accommodated me because i’m allergic to onions and can’t eat the sandwhich and they didn’t help me out at all.

Cordel was very nice, he welcomed everyone that came through the door. Carried conversation while working, asking how your day was going and always smiling. While we were dinning in he asked if everything was good. We need more young individuals like him. ?

I just got introduced to Jersey Mike's at the Matthews, Nc location a couole weeks ago and the quality of the food is great, it's always clean and atmosphere is wonderful and Cordell has amazing customer service and always makes me feel at home and make great sandwiches
