This has been out favorite location for the last 4to5 years. The staff the food, everything was perfect. Fast forward for the last few months it has changed so drastically that we do not enjoy going there anymore. Always new employees wandering around like they aren’t sure exactly what they need to do. Seems to have no interest in doing a good job and having a return customer. Stopped there yesterday and there was one other customer plus the two of us. Ordered the tuna in a...

I love this location. All of the staff is always polite but, Max always go over and beyond. He's always in a positive mood and does it with a smile. I know good customer service is hard to come by but he is always delightful.

This has got to be my favorite Jersey Mike's in the piedmont! The staff was soooo coutlrteous, I was almost shocked. Just nice people! The food is always fresh and excellent. Oh, and they use Olive Oil - not canola!
