I tried to order a veggie 8 corner and sub black olives for banana peppers they wanted to charge me $3 . I was taking off a topping . She didn’t care to make another solution. She actually tried to be funny and loaded my Pizza with excessive turbo crust cheese . So I will definitely skip this location. I been ordering here for 7 years . Definitely don’t want my food played with because I have a problem

Ordered at 6:30 pm at this location. Was told it would be delivered at 7:40pm called and got hung up on and called back to find out where order was. She said that they were backed up told them we would come get our food. When I got there I asked since I had to come get my food do I get my delivery fee and tip back. She said to me nah we good. No we are not good if I have to go get my food and still get charged the fee and can't get that or my tip back because it wasn't delivered to mg home and was told it would be another 20 mins before I got it when it had already been 1hr and 25 min so I would be waiting 1hr40 min for my food. Will not get pizza from here again if the store can't make it right if customers that ask for delivery have to go pick their own food up.

Love the Pizza, Service and staff...Called and skipped the "Order Bot" because of the size of order. Had 6 XL pizzas delivered for the office. Something for everyone! Driver forgot receipt but just a quick call and it was emailed over.....

Boneless wings are great, and bone-in, even cooked well done, are just ok.
The portion size of the boneless is ok, larger than a nugget, smaller than BWW. The amount of bone-in wings is about $0.75-$0.80 per wing.
The honey bbq and sweet red chili sauce are 10/10!!!

I was excited to see a 4.5 star rating and rave reviews about hot, fresh pizza. I did not get the same experience, unfortunately. Pizza arrived on time. However, it was cold and hard. Like the cheese wasn't even slightly melted. Isn't that why we love pizza? C'mon. Thanks for the jaw work out of gnawing on cold bread, I suppose?

I have reviewed Jets often and always with the highest praise. I hope the quality of the food and the service tonight was a one time thing. I place my order 4 hours early and still they are late. I request extra sauce and mention I'm willing to pay for it. What I get is no sauce, not even on the wings. How does that happen? I threw the wings in the garbage. I'm very disappointed. Maybe they are training new staff. I just hope this isn't the new normal.
