Came in and placed an order for boneless wings. I asked how long (15 minutes) and sat down in the lobby to wait. At 25 minutes, I had to approach the counter ( interrupting one of the workers eating a snack) and ask how much longer? They looked at me blankly, then someone turned, and reached in the warmer. They were already done, and getting cold ( and old). Then the excuses started to fly. I will think twice before returning Now I have a nasty dinner to bring home. Thanks for nothing!

This was my first visit to this Jets location, though I’ve had Jets many times before. The pizza and breadsticks were good; on par with other Jets experiences. My issue is with the counter staff. We ordered a combo that included a 2 liter for dine in for a family of 6. When we asked for cups we were told we had to pay the fountain drink price of $1.50 for each styrofoam cup. This makes no sense as I just purchased a 2 liter from them and was not planning on getting drinks from the fountain. When I brought this point up, the cashier again reiterated that I would have to pay for cups.
I don’t know if this is a store policy or a cashier not making sense of the situation but it was a dumb policy and reason to lose a customer.

I tried to order a veggie 8 corner and sub black olives for banana peppers they wanted to charge me $3 . I was taking off a topping . She didn’t care to make another solution. She actually tried to be funny and loaded my Pizza with excessive turbo crust cheese . So I will definitely skip this location. I been ordering here for 7 years . Definitely don’t want my food played with because I have a problem

Ordered at 6:30 pm at this location. Was told it would be delivered at 7:40pm called and got hung up on and called back to find out where order was. She said that they were backed up told them we would come get our food. When I got there I asked since I had to come get my food do I get my delivery fee and tip back. She said to me nah we good. No we are not good if I have to go get my food and still get charged the fee and can't get that or my tip back because it wasn't delivered to mg home and was told it would be another 20 mins before I got it when it had already been 1hr and 25 min so I would be waiting 1hr40 min for my food. Will not get pizza from here again if the store can't make it right if customers that ask for delivery have to go pick their own food up.
