I work 3.6miles from the Matthews, NC location. I stopped by today too see if we could arrange delivery to our business, a local school and 2 other businesses right across the street from our location. She defiantly, the manager stated we only deliver 2.5 miles from their location. Oh well, you're about to lose a considerable amount of incremental sales which every one appreciates, oh except Jimmy John's! No worries,I visited your competition and they welcomed us with open arms! Guess you might need to recheck your compass Jimmy!

I wish I can post a picture of the sandwich that was made. 3 tiny slices of tomato, barely any lettuce, no oil and vinegar, I believe it only had one slice of cheese, and maybe two slices of turkey. Also the staff was not courteous nor polite, I didn't even get greeted when I walked in, they looked at me and continued walking in the other direction. No acknowledgement whatsoever, so unprofessional. I payed $16 for a sub that not even worth half that. I wish I could post a picture of it. Just WOW.

I went in to buy food and saw a man named Josh (? Tall skinny Caucasian manager) who worked there berating his staff in front of customers. I found his behavior reprehensible and left without buying my sandwich
This place is made special by the people that work there. They are inviting and welcoming. I bought 3 subs and always get the day old bread. The bread is the best and the contents of the subs always very good. Fast service with a smile is the best.

Bad. My son placed an order for a standard sandwich that included cheese, turkey, oregano, salt, and pepper. After we departed, they provided us packets of salt and pepper but forgot the oregano, so whatever. Unfortunately, there was not enough meat to serve a 4-year-old. This is how a $8 sub looks after you pay for it? Never turning around.
