Diamond and Jay are both amazing! I frequent this store weekly and have never had a bad experience. The food is great, but the customer service is even better. Diamond is definitely management material and Jay is such a sweetheart.

I work 3.6miles from the Matthews, NC location. I stopped by today too see if we could arrange delivery to our business, a local school and 2 other businesses right across the street from our location. She defiantly, the manager stated we only deliver 2.5 miles from their location. Oh well, you're about to lose a considerable amount of incremental sales which every one appreciates, oh except Jimmy John's! No worries,I visited your competition and they welcomed us with open arms! Guess you might need to recheck your compass Jimmy!

Puts catering orders ahead of walk-in customers. Employee was yelling to customers upon walking in that it would be a 15 minute wait for a single sandwich… good sandwiches though.

I wish I can post a picture of the sandwich that was made. 3 tiny slices of tomato, barely any lettuce, no oil and vinegar, I believe it only had one slice of cheese, and maybe two slices of turkey. Also the staff was not courteous nor polite, I didn't even get greeted when I walked in, they looked at me and continued walking in the other direction. No acknowledgement whatsoever, so unprofessional. I payed $16 for a sub that not even worth half that. I wish I could post a picture of it. Just WOW.
