Jolly Rolls Ice Cream

Never open, need to change their hours to closed for every day of the week. Even when open not worth the time or money. Used to be great a year ago.

We've been here before and absolutely loved it. We were looking forward to a treat today, it said it was supposed to open and it was closed. Very disappointing. We weren't the only one, a few other customers had the same idea as we did and were surprised to see them closed

Like the ice cream but not the place and service is mediocre.

Drove 45 mins to get here to see that they are closed. Their hours are posted online, but not on their door and there's no number to contact. Very unfortunate, as this was planned days in advance, to be nothing but disappointed.

Sat outside until 2:20 and they weren't open. Called the number and got voicemail. Don't anticipate this business lasting if they don't open during their posted hours.

If there was a “0” star, I would give it that! Been here 3 times when the google search says it's open, but the doors are locked for the third time. Tried to call before we came the third time (no number listed under the Google search) and found a number on their FB page. Called that number and it is a mobile number that sent me to VM. Drove up anyway. Doors locked and the web says it's open. Will NOT try here ever again. Evidently poorly managed. The first time we came, it was 4:20 (web says it opened at 4:00 that day) and a dude was inside but the door was locked. Opened it and said he couldn't open for another hour because he had to clean the place alone. Second time we came, checked the web before making the drive over...arrived at 8:20 (web said they closed at 9:00) and the door was locked but lights were on. Employee said they were closing early due to unforeseen circumstances “in the back”. I said your hours aren't correct on my google search and she said they will be correct from here on out......Well I'm here now and it says they open at 2:00. It's 4:00 on a Friday and no one is here and the door is locked. Won't be back! Don't waste your time!

I'm so glad they started doing this here I've been watching it made on YouTube and was pleasantly surprised that it was as delicious as it looks and what a great idea to homemade ice cream with natural ingredients and Flavours it's definitely my new favorite ice cream spot

Came from out of town and decided to stop here and grab some ice cream. The young lady took our order at 4:15. She took about 20 orders and then left once her coworker arrived leaving him to make almost 20 orders alone. At 5:05pm I received my order. Horrible horrible service!!

Yummy! The kids loved watching them prepare their ice cream.

It was very bad service the prices went up and it's not as quality of product

I was there on Sunday evening. Only 2 young men working and customers just kept coming in. They worked well together, getting orders out as they were taken. Even though we waited a long time, it is worth it. I love the ice cream and would recommend it to everyone. I told them they were doing a great job!! The place was clean and plenty of seating.

Absolutely terrible experience. The wait was over 40 minutes after we ordered. Wish the staff would've mentioned the long wait when we placed the order, as there was no line, so no indication it would take this long. 3 people on staff, neither looked trained or capable to do the job.

Place was dirty. Went to use the bathroom and no lights. Employees said has been out all day. There were 4 people ahead of us and we ended up waiting 45 minutes. Ice cream was delicious but I don't know if I would go back.

Very slow service, workers seem to like talking each other more than trying to get the job done so customers dont have to wait over 20 minutes for 3 orders. First n last time here!
