My experience was awesome. I didn't catch names, but everyone was kind and helpful. The lady who boxed up my doughnuts was patient with my indecisive self. The gentleman who rang me up was awesome. He even told me the hot and now sign's active hours!
Amazing customer service at KK this morning while the hot sign was on! The drive thru team member was kind & professional even though the line wrapped around the building (between 8:45 a.m.- 9 a.m. She was fantastic & we'll be back soon! 🤍

Matthew the assistant manger was such a big help with me tonight. I needed a big order for tomorrow and he assisted me on the best route to take to ensure that our company’s order was fulfilled.
Ms.Asia in the drive through has immaculate customer service!! She was very helpful and even told me about bogo offers:) people like her don’t get the credit they deserve. She has an amazing personality and easy to connect with. I hope her higher ups sees this review and give her a raise!!! I work in the medical field and I sometimes see the food industry slacking and I used to work in it. But Asia showed me today what life is about and it’s helping others thank you again Ms.Asia

I pulled up at 951 and the guy at the window told me that I didn’t need donuts 9 minutes before they closed and asked me what was wrong with me. So rude will not return to this location.
