I know the Harry Potter donuts have been popular & last Wednesday I placed a
Mobile order but when I went to pick it up , I was saddened to see they were not open & I approached door to ask. At first was made of issue with donut machine being down and they would refund my order. I explained the HP donuts were actually for my birthday š and if there was any way they could be made at any point that day . Steve said yes plan for noon would try and get donuts from another store.
I came back at noon but still no donuts and Steve said he would call me when they were .
At 1:30pm I got the call , & birthday saved !!!

Not much to say. I was offered a fresh donut if I'd like instead of from the case. Basic service, price f9r value was a little high. Donuts didn't taste as good as I remember them.

This Krispy Kreme is slowing becoming crap. Service isn't good. The coffee machine is always broke or doesn't work every time I've been here that's been the excuse.

First time came in here instead of 12 raspberry they gave me 12 lemon second time I came here they told me they were out of almost everything I ordered some donuts the women said with a attitude āhow many more are you orderingā then go to the window the women forces the box into my hand shoving it to me. This store needs to get its people straightened out bunch of people that have an attitude problem that they have to work 3 hours a day.
I went in store to order, but they were taking a really long time to have orders ready. The drive-thru, deliveries, mobile and in-store pick-up lines had at least 2-5 people waiting for their orders. I just got tired of waiting and left.

Wanted something sweet took the trip to Matthews only to get freezer donuts never again I guess this why I havenāt been here in a long time I know the hot light wasnāt on but didnāt want to thaw them out before I ate one
