Food was good, I want to try a few other things! The mac n cheese was SO good & the chicken tenders were great. The grilled chicken & steak in our salads were not amazing but it's the meat of a salad so not much to look for there.
Waiter was super nice & surprised our son with free dessert!

Terrible don’t even think to go unless u have 2 hours to waste to wait to get situated.
Bad management and poor customer service.
After 1 hour of waiting although tons of tables available it take the host 20 m to bring the menus and another 10 m to bring the color sheets for the kids. And all these time we not allowed to sit down. And we still didn’t get called in.
They should hire more people on weekend but I think manger get paid salary so he doesn’t care

Long story short....my waitress lost my card and it took the manager 45 mins to come talk to me. Both the waitress and manager avoided me at all cost which resulted in the patrons around me not being serviced. This by far was the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant.

The burger I ordered was ok at best. The beer was cold and the service was spotty at best. I was at the bar too.

Went in an hour before close, still happy to serve us, bartender was awesome! Attentive helpful, all-around a good time for being so close to close.

French onion soup is very good , paired with salad, chop steak and loaded baked potatoes. alot of good food that was affordable

Worst Ribeye I have ever had...
it had so much steak seasoning on it that you couldn't taste the meat. Thin obviously frozen then flawed while on the griddle.

Wife and I went Sunday around 6:30. Staff wasn't friendly. Table wasn't clean. We waited for 2 minutes without seeing a server. The restaurant was.not busy. Maybe short staffed. We decided to leave because we figured the service would have been terrible anyway.

Never have I had such a poor experience that I felt the need to write a bad review, but this has been the worse service I’ve received. The server gave us bad soda and took half an hour to replace it, ignore our multiple requests for bread, when the food was brought out mine came under cooked, and the brought the same steak back after over cooked(probably because they cooked it with a line cut in the center) gave attitude, and also messed up another person next to our tables food. All around poor experience. Definitely wouldn’t go back

This is what you expect for the price. You cannot do better. The service is always good. And the one time I had am issue it was resolved immediately.

It was our 30th wedding anniversary and I told the host, while my husband parked the truck, it was not only our 30th but probably our last significant anniversary because I have terminal cancer, I'm good I got Jesus, anyway, I just asked to be placed with the best wait person because I was trying to make a good memory for my husband. So we got a great waiter, and what I will say is they made it a great memory. The food was amazing, as usual, and my glass was never empty. Thank you so much Longhorn.
