LongHorn Steakhouse

Because we had ordered takeout from this restaurant before without any problems, we did not check the order before leaving. After arriving home and emptying the bag we found part of the order missing, no utensils to eat with, the stakes were improperly cooked making them inedible. We were not able to return to the restaurant to take the food back even though the meal was quite expensive. Will not be ordering from here again. Texas Roadhouse is right down the road.

Would NOT recommend this place. Waited an hour for my food, when I finally got my food it was stone cold and the steak was under cooked. I was told that the food would be free. I simply replied NO Thanks got up, and walked out. This is the second time I've gotten little to no service as well at this location. There are no plans of ever going back to this location or even the establishment. I'm D.O.N.E. with Longhorns restaurants, period.

I ordered my steak medium and when I got it home it was way over cooked cooked so well that is was chewy and tasteless the baked potato was yellow inside and so hard you couldn't eat it and when I called back to tell them I was promised a $30 e-gift card to which I never recieved and when I called to ask about it I was told oh im sorry I can't give you another one i never received one at all. I am a kitchen manager at another restaurant and do like to be negative about another establishment but this is completely unexceptable. I love longhorn it is one of my favorite places to eat but this one is not like the rest. They need to get somebody that can cook a steak the way it it's ordered not the way you think it should be. No extra butter no seasoning at all and as you can see it is way past medium

Usually I always order steak at a steak house.
But the Lemon Chicken was FINE!
With mashed potatoes & brussels... Serious comfort food...
I still think of it when I am hungry. :)

I don't know how to rate this place since the food wasn't bad. The problem was and still is with every last server. They have their bare hands on every plate with their thumbs in the mashed potatoes or their whole damn hand on the cheese on top of your parmesan crusted chicken. When the server handed me my plate, a large portion of cheese was stuck to his palm and then stretched out like a rubber band whipping back onto my chicken. I was afraid to say something because everyone knows you don't complain about your food or they will do something to it if they haven't already. I started to look at the other servers and noticed nobody had on gloves, and their thumbs were dug in deep on the plates in all different kinds of foods. They were coughing into their hands and digging in their noses, then going right back to finger FN people food. I will never return to this Longhorn. The only reason they didn't get a 1 star is because I have always liked Longhorn until now.

Idk who tf blew up the women’s bathroom but that was so disgusting. Waitress was doing 4 people’s job that’s what she told another customer. Waitress was good and attentive. My cousins water had some black specs at the bottom. Food was not good I went on a Tuesday so it wasn’t like they were super busy. Will not return just go to another longhorn or somewhere else!

I visited on 3/9/25. I would have given a better except the drink I ordered they were out of. My appetizer never came,the salad I wanted they were out of the pecans. So I ordered a LH Burger...but I didn't read the menu so I didn't know it had bacon on it and I don't eat pork. By the time they brought out our burgers it was 10:20pm ish. To late to reorder. Therefore we ended up leaving without eating because the kitchen was shutting down. Other than that,I would go back..but earlier next time and maybe I can give a better rating.
