Once or twice a year we get a calzone from here. It has always been big enough for two people, with a little sliver left over. Picked up a calzone today and it was half the size. When my husband questioned it, he was told he was wrong and it has been that size for 6 years. Umm, no, it definitely has not. If the size was reduced due to the economy, just say so, don't call the customer a liar.

I found the one thing on the menu that wasn't supposed to be covered in cheese and what did they do but go ahead and cover it in cheese anyway. You know there are people who are lactose intolerant right. The pasta with marinara was supposed to be my one safe bet. Sigh.Vegetarian options: Don't bother. They insist on dumping cheese on everything.

Ordered for the first time. A large pepperoni and meatball sub. The food was so bad that I felt like writing a review. The pizza was overcooked, the crust was hard as a rock and the crust boarder completely burned (black). Not sure if the person making the pizza is new or inexperienced but the crust thickens was uneven. Half of the pizza was extremely thin and the other half super thick. I really don’t understand how that can happen. I wish I could post pictures so everyone could see how bad the food was. The meatball sub was also overcooked. Extremely disappointed, won’t be ordering back from this place.

We went here because my friends recommended it. Good food but Slow service and I overheard one of the workers being so rude and literally cussing other workers. He also got into it with another customer on a call in order and when another employee told him the customer was right he argued. Then a family came in and this same worker out of nowhere yelled and had told them they couldn’t be seated to another worker that just got there, they had a kid with them this was so embarrassing I felt so sorry for these people. Will not come back anyone who is that disrespectful doesn’t need to work in this type of environment and that kind of behavior should not be tolerated or allowed in any workplace. This business won’t last if this man stays there. I hope everyone that was there tonight gets in touch with the Better Business Bureau and reports this type of behavior. I will make sure to let everyone know the type of service they have and how rude the older gentleman is. Either he needs to go or the business should close if they keep him.

Walk in had to wait 10 minutes before anyone actually noticed we were there. Asked to be seated and the older bigger gentleman with glasses was rude and said they were not seating anyone. Was very rude and ugly and said not to come back. I have never been here before and never will come back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to nobody anyone who tells a customer for no reason not to come back needs not to be in business. I will push to have any and all customers to stay away.

VERY VERY slow service. Called and ordered waited 10-15 minutes then left home and ran an errand got there and was told it would be at least 20-30 minutes before it would be ready. They finally got it ready and the pizza was COLD. At least a 45 minute wait for cold pizza. The blond female working the register should find a new profession. She is rude and condescending to customers and should not be dealing with the customers. I’ve made 2 trips to this place all in one visit. My first and my LAST

Mickey Mouse operation. Have ordered from here multiples times now and it’s always the same. Food consistently not ready on time or made right. Got the wrong pizza AGAIN tonight and the response was to ask DoorDash for a refund or they could “remember me” for next time. $80 every time we order here and they couldn’t care a lick. Last time I spend my money here. Also, worth noting that when I called to ask for a simple replacement pie I was put on hold and forgotten about twice.
