Got food to go. One of our sandwiches was built using an end piece of bread. Super annoying. Then we got a fruit cup that was full of mold. Unacceptable.

I’m a HUGE McAllisters fan but this location is absolutely pitiful. With the price already being steep you expect quality when you are choosing a sandwich over a steak house.

Waited 25 minutes for a cold French dip sandwich that was wrapped up with the pickle (never asked me if I wanted one). We will not be back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND

McAlister's Deli is like that private school you saw your rich friends going to, but knew you probably couldnt afford it. This deli is just that with slightly more reasonable pricing. Granted, the menu is costly, but typically the food is in excellent condition once its received! Not a bad location to stop for lunch or dinner!

Ordered a grilled chicken pecan berry salad PATHETIC!! Very little salad and chicken ( you could see through the container,) and fricken strawberries cut in half!! I paid $15.00 for this crappy salad!! Never again!!

Lady that took our order wasn’t very nice, missed half of what we ordered, asked for a certain item then didn’t even have it in the back, lady came back with silverware laying them on the table (big no no) plus the floors and tables where a mess
One in Monroe has better service (and cookies)

Disappointing visit. I love to stop at Mccalisters when in the Carolina’s. I came in at 1030am this morning for a sandwich. There was only one other customer in the restaurant and it took over 10 minutes for a sandwich. The men’s bathroom is also foul. I have no interest in stopping in a McAlister’s again.

Got the chicken bacon ranch sandwich but there was only chicken on one half of the sandwich and no ranch. Also, they left out my pickle and the sugar cookie I got was stale.
