If you want to wait and take forever to get your food go here, waited 45 minutes to get the food, won’t be going back.

1 star because I see you working those margins with 4 dollar sodas. Way to screw over your patrons. Not coming back

Mcalister's now offers flavored tea. Peach-Mango for the summer. Peach and other flavors, which I just learned.
Food is consistent and tea always fresh.

I eat here once a week with my sister. The service is great. The food seems fresh and good and it is clean. The manager or owner comes by every once and awhile to see how we were being treated and if our food is good.

This McAlister's is always so clean. The service is excellent. Plenty of seating inside and outside. No waiting and fast service. I got the broccoli cheese soup and it was very runny. I let the waiter know he apologized, agreed, and took it right back and brought me potato salad instead of potato soup but it was good potato salad. The sandwich was good. A little on the burnt side but good. Quiet and easy to talk.

McAllister's deli never lets me down. It's my favorite place for good food that's good for you. No grease here.
It's this way at all McAllister's. I go to three in my area and I have never been disappointed.
I had savannah chopped salad with the seasoned chicken on it. IT WAS DELICIOUS! Many times, at other restaurants, I receive a dried out piece of chicken. This was great! I asked the girl if the chicken was gluten free, and she kindly went to the kitchen and found out for me. It was!! I was with my girls from church. About 12 of us. We ate, and chatted. They all loved their food ! And then the manager T.J. came over to us to make sure everyone was happy, we were !! He told us whatever we ever needed, that he would make it right ! I think might eat here once a week ! T.J. sealed the deal !!
Long standing sandwich, soup, and potato place that offers a lot of standard deli fare. It had been a while since my last visit to this chain. Disappointed that the muffuletta sandwich is no longer available. We visited during a busy Sunday afternoon and a long wait. Sandwiches were ok, but not particularly memorable. The tea remains good, but the overall quality of the sandwiches and sides were average. The shopping center was overcrowded and parking was challenging.

The food is always good and it’s in a great location. They made a mistake on a delivery placed through the app and TJ quickly took action to resolve it when I brought it up - which was greatly appreciated.
Very good meal

Got food to go. One of our sandwiches was built using an end piece of bread. Super annoying. Then we got a fruit cup that was full of mold. Unacceptable.

Not happy with the burnt bread on my New Yorker.

I’m a HUGE McAllisters fan but this location is absolutely pitiful. With the price already being steep you expect quality when you are choosing a sandwich over a steak house.
Waited 25 minutes for a cold French dip sandwich that was wrapped up with the pickle (never asked me if I wanted one). We will not be back and I DO NOT RECOMMEND
