I like the location of this MickeyDs It's convenient for the Hotel guests and by it being in a shop center give it even a better experience You can shop til you drop then stop by McDonald's where kids can not only eat a delicious cheeseburger and seasoned to perfection fries the kids can enjoy a day at McDs Playground Where you can host Kool Birthday parties Yeah this McDs gets 5 ⭐

I normally don’t like to post bad reviews but this is possibly the most poorly managed McDonalds I have ever visited. We were there for lunch - dine in - the crowd was decent, but not overly busy. We ordered two Happy Meals and two Big Mac meals. No special requests. It took 25 to 30 minutes to get our food. The ice in the drinks was melted. Some of the food has been sitting there awhile. I don’t think the manager was even there. It was just an awful experience.

I add bacon to my burger for 2$ and instead of bacon they add 20€ cheese I didn’t notice it because i do pick up
Edited: I ordered a medium strawberry mild shake but instead of that they gave small smoothie I try to told them but they didn’t care at all I told them to remake it they said they don’t care I’m pretty sure they don’t know how to read pls do some with it

Got here at 4:15 am 07/22/25 and got the worst service ever. Rude unprofessional ALL Hispanic staff, no greeting, barely speaking English or speaking at all and VERY SLOW SERVICE! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIRE THE LAZY WORKERS AT LEAST 2 Hispanic females and 1 Hispanic male that I could see all walking around and I’m waiting 20 minutes for ONE BISCUIT! A SHAME! DO NOT GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

What can I tell ya people use kiosk after yourself get there food b4 you while u still waiting 20 additional minutes. Managers eating lunch on the floor kids running the show. Pathetic place

I ask for no ketchup. No mustard. No diced onions. Extra pickle. I received a burger with extra ketchup No pickles. Ordered from McDonald's App get all the way home and can't enjoy a McDonald's burger. What's the point of being a customer.

It is always hit or miss with them. Sometimes there's something missing or the wait is super long. Even when there is only 1 or 2 card in the drive-thru, they pull you forward. I don't understand that concept.

The lady who we paid with was an absolute doll ! At the second window however I was handed my breakfast sandwich and opened it to check before pulling off and it was a big balled up hair strand in the sandwich . So disgusted !
