I really don’t want to give a one star!!!! They don’t deserve it!!!!! Waited over 15 minutes for an iced coffee and then didn’t even get the right size!!!!!!! They telling me that it was !!!!! Trust me it wasnt!!!!!!staff is rude!!!!!!

This by far has been the cleanest McDonalds I've been to period! The manager had the crew where they needed to be to provide great fast and friendly service! I'm so proud of people who take pride in their work! Great job!!!

I come here all the time, my experiences have been mostly pleasant, but the past probably 5 times I've come here they've covered my plain cheeseburgers in onions. I don't understand their reasoning and why it's this consistent. I order through the kiosk every time, so it's no miscommunication at all. It's almost like they're doing it on purpose? It's happened a strange amount of times and it's all been recent

Messed up several people orders in thw short time we were there, including ours. Watched a cleaning staff drop a rag on the floor then pick it up and continue to wipe down a counter where food is prepped. Same cleaner spilled dirty bucket water all around the restaurant.

It used to be a good place to eat, until now. Tables are dirty, many times they speak reluctantly to you, cold and poorly made food, and they speak some ugly comments from people in Spanish.
I ordered a stake biscuit combo with an extra hash brown I was told to pull to spot 1 which I did just not to receive my extra hash browns also I received the hardest biscuit they could fine and the cheese was not on my sandwich i tried to call and the store I was hung up on and I call back 3 times and I got a busy line I’m pregnant and this is very upset to me Im in tears considering the fact that I can’t even speak to anyone to solve my issues

Most modern McDonalds ive been in. Place ur order on a machine. Take a number. Someone brings ur food from the back. Im old school, i want to interact with a cashier. Also, turn down the AC. It was freezing in there. But is McDonalds after all.
