Of course McDonald’s picks and chooses when they’re frappe and smoothie machine is working. It’s not a malfunction issue. It’s just that you guys pick and choose when you guys want to operate the machine.

I never leave bad reviews especially on a bad experience but considering this very poorly managed location can’t seem to update their mobile app on items that are unavailable and instead having to wait until I get to the intercom just to hear what I already paid for isn’t even available which has happened twice in 1 week, the first time I let it slide which I shouldn’t have because I wasted rewards points that I won’t get back on something I didn’t want but because they actually managed to resolve the issue and offer something else I was okay but this time I asked to take it off my order and just give me my breakfast sandwich and they manager on duty just goes “well we have to cancel the entire order to do that.” Not really a good way to treat your customers and I don’t know why you don’t have frappes available because it’s clearly listed as available on the app so there shouldn’t be any excuses. I’ve been going to this specific place for years and never been disappointed like this but thankfully another one close to my work was able to fulfill my expectations.

This is my order straight out of the bag. I normally don't post too many negative reviews but this is the 3rd time in a row the food has looked like hot garbage...you guys can do better stop being trash.
Went through the drive through, it was a busy time but went pretty quick. Staff was very nice.

This place is decent when they make your food right but they get it screwed up quite frequently. Paid 2.29$ for extra bacon and all I got was a burned bagel with minimal bacon and a drink up-charge when I never even asked for a large drink. The missing bacon and the drink up-charge is not the first time that’s happened either.
