Service is always fast. Staff is always very kind and friendly. Food is hot and received in a timely matter. Clean and inviting. I stop here whenever I'm in the area. One of the best.

Best McDonald's location I've found in the Charlotte metro area. Dined in at 8:45pm on a weeknight, the manager was dressed in a nice white shirt and slacks, busting his butt getting things out quickly. The fries were surprisingly hot and fresh, the rest of the food was hot aswell. I try not to eat too much fast food but its nice to know if I get the craving for a burger theres at least one McDonald's location that cares enough to do the little things right.

This is probably one of the best McDonald's in the Charlotte area. They are very consistent, as far as McDonald's go, and they always have good attitudes.
If you live in the area but have another McDonald's closer, the drive to this one is worth it. Out of over 50 orders in 4 years I've only ever had my sauces forgotten once or twice and the sometimes long lines always go by quickly and are almost on par with the Chick Fil La close by.
