Sara is an amazing waitress.
The food is good as always I've been here plenty of times but never left a review until now because of the outstanding service I got from Emmanuel! Timely, respectful and he seemed to be a younger so it's not often you see this type of respect from people his age. You guys got a really great employee!
Server never asked if I wanted a refill or was anything else I needed.
Food was not even 1 star . Got turkey and all the trimmings .
Greenbeans were fresh and good.

I had a fantastic breakfast here! The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. But what really made the experience memorable was Sara, our waitress. She was absolutely awesome—super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope I get to sit in her section again!
When we cant figure out where to go, this place always satisfies a family of picky eaters.

it's rare to find scratch made hollandaise, and they probably have the best. Rhea as a server is amazing and attentive.

Placed an order for takeout. My husband asked the waitress if our strawberry butter was in the bag. SHE LIED and said it was! Got home... not there. Pissed me off, especially because we tipped! Obviously, she didn't deserve the tip. Incompetence at its best! Also, the food wasn't good.

Every-time I’m in CLT I have to stop by Metro Diner for some chicken and waffles! The food always hits and the service is great. Thanks Crisha for the great dining experience!
